They were so great! My mother used them earlier this year and that is how I heard about them. We were buying a new home and roof needed to be replaced, so we called them up. There were a few rain delays so the roof didn’t get put on until about a month later. When they arrived, they went straight to work and finished in a timely manner! Would use them again and would recommend to others.

We used Fitz roofing recently to install our roof. I cannot say enough about how great this company was to work with. They arrived on time got straight to work and did an amazing job. When they were through, they cleaned everything up; and you couldnt even tell they were here. Cameron was really great to work with from start to finish. He went over everything in great detail. We called Fitz Roofing after we noticed the roofing stones washing off the shingles, and had a leak in our valley. Tyler inspected the roof, and recomended we make an insurance claim do to hail damage. A week latter Tyler met withthe insurance adjuster durring the inspection. Adjusters report agreed with Tyer. Long story short we now have a beautiful new roof, installed by professional roofing company. On day of reroof thry Arrived at 7am and were finished completely ny 7pm. GOOD JOB GUYS.

Spoke with Tyler, got a response on a Sunday, roof was inspected and quoted very quickly. Got a fair and reasonable price for a replacement. Entire process took 7 days from first call to new roof with repairs. Could not of asked for a better experience.

When it came time for a new roof I didnt really know who to go to. This was my first time ever really having to repair my roof.I asked my son if he knew anybody and he said he met a guy named Korey a couple years back that seemed really professional.We called and asked Korey to come out to look at our roof. I hired Fitz Roofing in 2019 to diagnose and repair a leak. Fitz Roofing Rep repaired the exterior leak source and inside ceiling repair. Warranty was one year. Within one year it leaked again. I contacted Fitz Roofing Rep..He was not responsive at all. I then contacted Fitz Roofing directly . They assigned another rep who did inspection again and diagnosed that roof vent needs to be repaired to stop the leak. They initially gave 2 yrs warrany but the owner turned it down. He then recommended that my roof needs to be replaced. By this time I had it enough with Fitz Roofing. I called one of the competitor and was told that my rood is good for another 3 yrs and did good diagnostic of the leak. I will never hire Fitz Roofing and never recommend them for roofing job.

When I had to head back to NY, he promised to look out for her and did just that.From helping her navigate through her insurance company, to explaining the whole process in layman’s terms, to keeping me in the loop as well, with pictures and phone calls, David and the crew from Fitz Roofing did a phenomenal job!The crew arrived on time the day of the appointment and were done long before the sun went down. When they left, other than the new roof, you couldn’t tell they were even here. Cleanup was impeccable with nary a nail, piece of shingle or even sawdust left behind.Funny story. Fitz replaced my roof a few years ago. They did a stellar job and I have been very pleased with the roof and have received numerous compliments on it. Recently I noticed there was damage to some of the boots for the roof vent pipes and my first call was to Fitz. A few hours later I had Tyler inspecting my roof, and discovered all of the vent boots have been damaged by wildlife. As this was late on Friday afternoon, he was not able to get the parts to repair until Tuesday. He was able to put in a temporary fix to keep the weather or varmints from causing any further damage. As promised Tyler and Frank arrived Tuesday morning and got to work. They went above and beyond in the repairs they did. I am very please with the response, communication and work that was completed. Fitz Roofing will be my first call for any roof work I need. Thank you guys.

Fitz Roofing did a fantastic job of redoing our roof. Joe Rodriguez was our main interface who did an excellent job of explaining the job, the materials used, and the overall installation. His crew was extremely careful of our landscaping (zero damage), kept the job site incredibly clean, and completed the overall job in less than two days (5000 sq ft house)! The workmanship was extremely well done and the clean up was amazing! Joe personally used a magnetic rake across our entire yard and sidewalks/driveway. They even powers washed our driveway/sidewalks! We have not found a single shingle or nail anywhere. Truly a first class job by a first class organization. I highly recommend Fitz Roofing!!!

From this point on, Shaun dealt with the insurance company and met the adjuster at a determined date. A few days later, a crew installed a new roof in a single day. The installation was impeccable, and they cleaned up all the area after they finished. Shaun was there supervising the group the whole day. This is an awesome company to deal with and Shaun is a very dedicated individual. I definitely recommend Fritz Roofing for anyone looking for a reputable roofing company.

Chase is the best! He met my crazy deadline and made sure everything was done correctly. They completed my roof and gutters in no time! My a/c is on the roof (flat roof) and Chase did not leave until the a/c was reconnected and running correctly. My neighbors are well aware of the good work. So I suspect there may be more business coming in Fitz Roofing’s direction.

Fitz Roofing approached me after hail had damaged many roofs a couple of years ago. They told me I had hail damage. I called my insurance company for them to have a look at it. The adjuster initially claimed they didnt see anything. Typical as they didnt want to pay for the repairs. Fitz Roofing was able to convince them there was damage and basically helped me get a new roof put in; otherwise the insurance company wouldve brushed me off. I had a brand new roof put in with amazing quality work. The job was done on-time and very professionally.Fast-forward a couple of years I contacted Fitz Roofing because due to the strong wind my Dish had blown off and left a hole on the roof. Even though Fitz was busy as heck repairing roofs due to the hurricane they made it a priority to get my roof patched. This was outstanding service from a business and theyve made a customer for life! If you want your roof done right with outstanding customer service, this is the company to go with.

I have had some unpleasant experiences with contractors in the past. When choosing a company to perform repairs to my home I get a little nervous. Fitz Roofing came highly recommended by several people so I decided to follow their lead. I am thankful I did. When Korey helped us nearly 3 years ago he took us through the process helping us make choices and being thorough along the way. The entire new roof was completed without a any problems. They were extremely quick, clean, and professional. The roof came with a 5 year workmanship warranty. I was a little concerned that they wouldnt honor the warranty after Hurricane Harvey but to my surprise they did. You dont find much of that these days. As long as I am living and need a roofer Fitz Roofing is who I will call. I am extremely happy working with Fitz Roofing, everything was done in a timely manner. Things were cleaned up and our new roof looks incredible. I really enjoyed working with Joe on this project, he went out of his way to answer my questions, even following me to my place of employment so I could give him some paperwork. I called Frank Bauman with Fitz Roofing out for an inspection because of a corner roof leak. He gave me a free inspection and told me about a couple small issues. He suggested a few things I could do on my own to reduce any future damage. All-in-all I will definitely call Frank again for any problems in the future. We have had several roofs replaced thru the years on houses we have owned. Fitz Roofing exceeded our expectations. They provided quality workmanship and were so easy to work with. They arrived early to prep around our house and remove existing roof. The job was completed same day. Once the job was completed they cleaned up area around the house and left it in pristine condition. Will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.
