Jose and his team were the most professional I could ever hope to meet. Jose is such a kind, knowledgeable man. The men all treated each other like family. A well oiled machine. An entire large pine tree, two very large branches off another tree, plus beautiful trim done on a large live oak in one hour! All ground up, cleaned up with nothing out of place. USE THIS COMPANY! This Tree Service was excellent. As this company had been hired to do the trim/prune for our homeowner association, I was familiar with their work (as our home is on a corner lot, with trees in the parkway area on the side street next to our home); & they handled these trees with ease and a professional finish that we liked. We obtained the estimate from Jose, with the company (& they were not the cheapest bid!), & had them do the job: arrived early on the appointed day, handled the tree in our front yard that had not been umbrellaed since the tree was planted in 09, did an excellent job of clean up, and allowed me to call their office to apply charges to our credit card. UPDATE:Texas Tree Elite reached out immediately to apologize for the miscommunication and came out the very next morning. They did a fantastic job removing my dead bushes and even offered to trim my trees for no extra cost. They were quick and efficient, and they cleaned up all the debris.Despite the rocky start, I highly recommend this company, as they went above and beyond to fix the issue and did a wonderful job. I will be using them for any tree trimming or removal needs in the future!-----I had gotten an estimate done from this company and wanted to move forward with the job. I called to inform them of this, and they told me theyll get back to me. After a week, I called again to try to schedule the job and again was told theyd get back to me later. Over a month has passed with me trying to contact them once a week, even leaving voicemails, but I have been ignored.I will obviously be taking my business elsewhere because I cant even schedule this job.If youre looking for a company with highly unprofessional communication skills that ghosts their clients, this is the service for you.

They went way beyond the scheduled the removal of a 60-70 foot dead tree and large branches hanging over our home. They also removed heavy branches pressing against other trees that we had forgotten to schedule for this appointment. We will be calling them again in the spring to remove another large tree that is invading our driveway.

The owner and crew came bright and early as discussed. They removed a very difficult tree which was dying and in one of the worst possible locations, between two properties and slanting toward my NEW back patio. Not only did the tree get completely removed and pulverized past the stump, they cleaned up and were gone in several hours. This tree was massive and to them “ahh, piece of cake”. We had a lot of wild trees that had gotten out of control. We needed to trim them back or remove them so we could have roofing work done. I called on a Tuesday for an estimate. Jose came out the next day at noon (right on time!), gave an estimate that was very reasonable, and called me later in the day to set up a time. The crew came out the next day - right on time- and did all the work in about 3 hours - in the rain! Excellent work and cleanup. I recommend them heartily!

They removed three trees next to our fences and neighbors garages and our planters in the yard. There was no damage at all. The guys were super friendly and did a great job. Very professional and cleaned up amazingly well. When they left, the yard was cleaner than when they got there. When giving us our quote, he also noticed that one of our trees that we were keeping was sick and suggested some food for it. All this for a fair price. You wont be dissatisfied.

We bought a house that had not had proper tree pruning done in years. We called Texas Tree Elite for a quote and they promptly came out to view the site. The price was fair and reasonable. They were out the following Monday and did an amazing job. They pruned 18 trees and removed 4 in one day and did a great job cleaning up. Definite improvement to the home curb appeal.

Quality service. Removed a fair sized palm, grinder the stump, trimmed everything in the front and backyard, cleaned up and hauled off in a little over an hour. Excellent service. The only tree company I ever use.

The workers came on time. We already had a visit a few days before to review all we wanted done. We had many trees that needed to be trimmed. The work took almost all day. The trimmers did all we had asked and did a good job of cleaning up as they worked. At the end we reviewed the job with Chris. He made sure we were satisfied with the work before they left. From quotation to execution to cleanup everything was done professionally. Jose Rodriquez came by and gave a competitive quote and upon my request, came back again to address some questions that i had regarding the scope of work. Then the crew showed up at the agreed time and went to work right away. They worked quickly, efficiently and with the right equipment, taking care not to damage my property as well as those of my neighbors. They also made sure that they went and cleaned up any branches that fell across the fence in my neighbors yards. It was a large job so they returned the next day to finish it and then cleaned up after themselves. They left my yard in a better condition than when they initially arrived. I called this company recently, when we had a downed tree. They arrived shortly after the phone call, with a large crew of men, and all of the necessary equipment to complete the job. Texas Tree Elite has done a couple of jobs for us.They have an on staff arborist (Chistopher) who really knows his trees and can advise on getting a tree back to health or if it really is time to cut it down (before it falls down!). He will also advise on new plantings (and TTE will then put them in). We had a couple of really large trees cut down and the stumps removed. Excellent work. The crew worked efficiently and safely making sure no-one got hurt and the (big) pieces of tree did not damage the nearby buildings as they were removed. It is amazing to watch how they are roped up and handle those big branches. It was a pleasure to have Texas Tree Elite do the work.

Called the office, they come out about every 6 months and trim my trees and bushes. Have coming out to my house now for years and years. Theyve always done a great job, even though they get here, looks ominous for rain, they get in, get the work done, pick up what they cut down and leave, just about the time it starts to rain. A very efficient crew that does what you want and asks is that enough, or a little more knowing the plants will grow back and pretty much cover up what was cut off a month or aso ago.

High winds expected this weekend so I called to see if these folks could take a couple of very tall and unstable pine trees out of my back yard. They quoted me and removed them the same day.
