I used Pool Knights for about 3 years prior to moving out of their service area! I was a novice first time pool owner when I encountered my first problem. Tim (one of the owners) came out himself and fixed my nice green pool in about 2 hours and taught me the finer points of what I should be doing and what would not be best in my pool journey! They have cleaned my filters, done weekly cleaning and maintenance on my pool and I was always extremely happy with their service! We have had a wonderful experience with Pool Knights which started last year when we had to replace a pump on our pool. We have only been in Texas for a few years and this is our first experience with a pool. Dana and Tim have been a wealth of advice and very patient with all our questions. Pool Knights provides outstanding pool cleaning services that are completed in a timely manner and documented in a weekly report, complete with photographs, demonstrating the extent of the pool cleaning, Pool Knights also provides pool equipment repair and parts replacement. After the recent winter storm, Pool Knights was quickly able to replace a cleaning system pump and an in-line thermometer that controls the pool heater to get my pool system back up and running. This repair work was completed in time for a recent home sale.

These reviews have to be paid for. Its been over 2 weeks since I contacted them about fixing my filter. They would not tell me when they could come. I waited 4 days and called again and nobody responded. The next day the guy shows up early in the morning, was here maybe 6 minutes and it cost $115. That fee however can go toward the repairs if they ever call you back or send an estimate for repairs. Well, they will not answer my calls or emails. I will be putting a stop payment on the credit card transaction and will also give them a terrible Yelp review. If you are professional and too busy to take on new customers, you tell them. I think they just scammed me out of $115 though. Pool Nots is more like it. AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS.

We bought a new house and and called around, but Dana was the nicest and most responsive on the phone so we went with them. So glad we did. They have been nothing but professional and friendly, even saying ‘Hi Chris’ as soon as I call and before I can say a word. They really care about their customers. They replaced all the old pool pumps, valves, and heater on our pool shortly after we moved in, and went so far as to recommend what was good, reliable and what we needed, avoiding the ‘upscale’ pitch in the process, telling me this is what they have at their home. They have always been available when I called to ask a question and even reached out to me proactively when they saw something during weekly cleaning. A few months ago, we changed to Pool Knights for our pool maintenance. BEST decision ever!! The pool and hot tub never looked this great with the previous company we used. Michael (aka the pool whisperer) got our pools algae problem under control and the chemicals balanced in the first week. Thanks to Dana, Tim, and Michael for your hard work and first class service!

We recently had pool knights remodel our pool. We were not completely satisfied with the customer service but decided to let it go. Now only a few months later our pool light is out and the gasket is leaking and full of water. Our home has been on the market since the job was completed so we’ve literally not used the pool at all. The closing is this Thursday and we have called/emailed/texted the company with no response. We were able to contact the nice guy who was in charge of our project, but he was recently fired. At this point we’re not even sure this company is still in business since they’re not returning our calls.

They replaced the pool pump with quality components at a fair and reasonable price. They also show up on time and never leave a mess behind.

We just purchased a home with a pool and we met with several pool companies and so happy we went with Pool Knights. They were very prompt in responding to my inquiry. I was very impressed with the fact they provide a report with before and after pictures of their services. And not to mention the owners and the team members that attend to my pool are very nice and so professional !

We have been with Pool Knights for almost 4 years and we have always been very happy with their service. They have never missed a week, very dependable and very honest. Our guy Scott that comes to take care of the pool weekly has been wonderful too!

Pool Knights didnt show up on occasion to clean as per the weekly maintenance. At times charging for fixingthings that they did not fix, leaving us to fix it ourselves. They also left the cap off equipment after fixing it, and at times after cleaning the pool, resulting in a flooded backyard. 50% of the time the hot tub was not cleaned at all, and when they did clean it they refused to put the water hose in and fill it back up to proper water level. There were a few occasions that we had to text the owner pictures of our pool to complain and ask why it isnt clean.Upon ending services no longer needed and having been charged for several occasions that no one showed up for, they attempted to collect more money. When refused, they began investigating us to find our employers and leave slanderous, FALSE negative reviews personally naming us in the Google review of our employers. When we contacted the BBB regarding the poor service and retaliatory FALSE actions, they went to Legal Defense and sent us a cease and desist, claiming our reviews were false and negative.They removed our negative review from their Facebook page, as I am sure they do to every negative review.Never have I ever seen such unprofessional, immature business handling than to slander former customers that you want to charge an additional $100 to. DONOT USE THEM, they will result to intimidation tactics, slander, defamation of character, and retaliation if anything goes wrong. Just look at their other reviews, they speak for themselves.Picture attached is one of the occasions they claimed they needed more money to fix the green pool. We ignored the request and cleaned our filter and added chlorine...also attached is coming home to the uncleaned hot tub that was too low, as well as a screenshot of an email sent to Tim the owner about the flooding in our backyardCheck out his yelp reviews for truth. Interesting google are all two months ago and one month ago. That says he probably got friends to write them

We used Pool Knights for the re-plaster of our pool and also for a new heater installation and some repair to the stone surrounding the spa. They did a great job, were very responsive, and their bid was also very reasonable. Highly recommend them for your pool repair and/or maintenance!

Pool pump went out on Tuesday and called them Wednesday morning. They made my pool a priority since the pump was out and had the inspection done that day, the installation done today. Can’t say enough about the technicians being Masters of their craft. Very friendly and informative. Office staff (Dana) was very friendly and understood my urgency... They have my business going forward without a doubt.

I’m not technically a customer but whenever I have my first need, I won’t even think about calling someone else. I’ve reached out to PK twice. First was because the water pressure seemed off. They came out to look and it was a simple fix. Literally one of the pool skimmers was stuck creating a bubble of pressure. Instead of charging me for something so little, they just said it was complimentary. More recently, I had a pool light go out. Before coming out to fix, they recommended that I contact the pool builder to see if the lights were under warranty. They warned that these types of lights were very expensive. Turns out I had three days left on warranty. Perfect timing! I sincerely appreciate the professionalism and honesty. PK has been quick to respond to email inquiries and, like I said, I won’t think twice about calling them when I actually do have a repair!

Pool Knights have done a fabulous job taking care of our pool and as first-time Pool owners they have been very patient with all of our questions and at educated us on having a pool. Before hiring pool nights I asked all of my friends and family members that own pools about the upkeep of a pool. I got to hear a lot of nightmares from my friends and family members. By far the best pool company I’ve ever used!! Had some crazy wind that used our umbrella to flip over a glass table on our decking...which promptly busted glass everywhere! Tim came out within HOURS of my email. Not only did they get all of the glass out of the pool, but they also cleaned up all of the glass on the decking before I got home from work that day. The service with this local Company is above and beyond what you will expect!

Our Jandy EPump went out. We have had trouble in the past using other local warranty repair companies on our pool equipment. They would take days to respond, then send someone out to look at the issue, then take days to repair the issue.Jandy recommended Pool Knights. They called me within minutes of me leaving a message. They communicated with me clearly every time they called for questions etc. They came out and repaired my issue the same day. Im sure this isnt always the case as they may not have parts needed. Either way, the response time was fast and they made me feel important. Would recommend to anyone!

We were a little worried about having a pool due to the maintenance and horror stories that we’ve heard about owning a pool, but Pool Knights literally takes care of everything and their communication is phenomenal. Pool Knights has really been excellent to work with on my pool. They do their best to suggest things that you can do before sending a technician out which for a lot of times will save you a service charge. If they do come out then they are very reasonable and good at what they do. The office help is pleasant to deal with and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Just like a lot of people, I looked at the reviews before deciding on a pool cleaning company. I had just bought the house, and this company was going to be my first service company, as we moved from the country, where we did everything ourselves. Seeing as this was my first pool, and I did not want to destroy it right away, I decided to get a service company to take care of it. The first two weeks a supervisor came out to clean it. After he left, the pool was crystal clear, and it looked great. He was great. The third week, one of the regular technicians came out. Due to me not trusting service companies, I looked at the pool, with the pump off, the morning of the day the technician was scheduled to come out. When I got home, the pool was just as dirty as it was in the morning, minus the dead frog that was in it in the morning. I called the company, and the female that answered the phone was not helpful at all. I explained what my issue was, and she was quick to tell me that the technician obviously did what he was supposed to have done because it was on his report that he did it. I was surprised because I was expecting her to tell me a tech would be back out to vacuum the pool, as the first one did not. Instead, she just kept arguing with me, and giving me reasons why my pool had become very dirty within 5 hours of it being serviced. After hanging up with Ms. Congeniality, I cancelled the service. The next day, I went to Leslies Pool Supplies, to get the water tested, and to buy an automatic pool cleaner. As it turns out, the chlorine levels were off the chart high. Overall, I do not know where the reviews of this company are coming from, but I urge you to use another company. The only reason it got two stars was because of Aaron the supervisor that was there the first two times. He was very helpful and professional.

These reviews cannot be true or real. Almost like the owner paid people to write reviews.We had them cleaning our pool in 2019 and it was a disaster 75% of the time. Leaving equipment on. Not cleaning properly. 2 times they came out and didn’t even empty the baskets.Save your time and go to another company.On a positive note: They did have have one young guy that was fantastic, but they switched our days and we got the other not so good of guys.

I have been using Pool Knights for a while now, they have provided a consistently good service, quite often going above and beyond the standard service to ensure my pool looks its best at all times. The before and after pictures they send in the report after the visit are a nice feature of their service. I have had other companies in the past a bit cheaper but there work is substandard when compared to PKs.I would recommend to anyone looking for a company you can rely upon to service their customers to a high standard.

No pun intended, but Pool Knights are truly MY knight in shining armor!!! I reached out to them due to great reviews. I first spoke with Dana and explained my upcoming situation. I’d be leaving to California, my house would be vacant and listed on the market, and needed reliable services to keep the property in tip top shape. She assured me that they would come through for what we were looking for. Their initial service revealed that I wasn’t fully prepared to just leave the pool in the conditions it was in. There was a water level issue I didn’t even think to consider. Not a problem! Dana recommended a time valve from a local home improvement retailer that would suffice. I invested in it and thought the problem was solved. After a couple of months, the batteries wore down and the water level was reported as low. I reached out to Pool Knights and asked, for a fee, if they would put in new batteries and reset the timer. THEY DID IT FOR FREE!!! Way beyond what I would have expected. During their visits, they take before and after photos and provide me with a somewhat detailed (6 pages or so) report on the findings with the pool. I cannot day enough to thank them for what they’ve done. They’ve gone far above the basic weekly service and deserve the accolades they receive. I cannot recommend them any higher than I am! Pool Knights came to the rescue. My pump was tripping the breaker and not coming on. I called several pool companies with no response. Pool Knights came out within 24 hours and had the pump running again within minutes. I will be using them from now on for all of my repairs and replacements!!!

I am so impressed with Tim Roadnight and his company, Pool Knights. I like to maintain my own pool, but occasionally run into issues greater than my expertise. Pool Knights always come my rescue. They are knowledgeable and professional. They solved a recent and persistent problem that pool store could not figure out. Pool Knights documented their work with photos of before and after, and did not invoice me (other than for the part I needed) until everything was working fine and I was satisfied. They also vacuumed up my pool so it was sparkling when they left, instead of leaving that to me. They are definitely my go to Knights!

We used Pool Knights for several years to clean our pool and the only reason we stopped, was because we moved cities. Pool Knights always did a great job, was very professional and honest. If there was ever a repair issue, they helped educate us on it and steered us in a repair direction that worked for us. Also, our pool was only accessible through our house. And we never once had an issue with the pool techs entering our home on a weekly basis to clean. I would 100% recommend this family owned business. Five Stars!!Pool Knights watched our pool while on vacation and I cannot give them enough praise! The Knights provided emailed photos of each visit along with a written report of the chemical status. Why doesnt everyone do this?? The pool was in fabulous shape when we got back. All this was done at a competitive price. There were no hidden charges! Chemicals needed were included. We will use Pool Knights when we need a great pool company to take care of anything with our pool!
