Never answer the phone or email, been trying to get a follow up spray but since theyve already got my money I guess they could care less. Spend your time and money with a company that actually communicates with customers.

Great customer service. When inquired about a quote for a basic spraying service on my business, Lonnie was quick and knowledgeable. His services are of more than fairly priced and he has been in the industry for years. 5/5 would recommend!

I have a contract with them and they don’t respond to calls, emails, or texts when you request a spray in between quarterly sprays. When my quarterly spray was due they would send a text that they were coming the next day but, they don’t give you a time, and they will show up even if you respond no to the text. I find this company highly unprofessional and would NOT recommend to anyone. Don’t waste your money with them.

The professional attitude alone is worth their business. Their knowledge of the product they sell is top notched. I met with Lonnie and Phil yesterday. They took the time to explain the process and what to expect. I would highly recommend these guys and look forward to continuing to do business with them.

Look, no B.S. these guys know there stuff and are very professional. They dont just treat you as a number like most companies. They care about what they do and who they do it for. Excellent prices and customer service will keep me calling to get rid of the problems around my house. Honesty is a attribute that is disappearing as the clock keeps on ticking, but these guys bring it and will shoot you straight. I am an 18 year vet from two different branches of the military and respect this. Believe my review or not, I dont care, but dont waste your time on anyone else. These guys are legit. Keep up the honest and excellent hard work gentlemen. You deserve a keg for your hard work.

Seeing an issue with gnats and small roaches after a disposal went out causing water to stand under the dishwasher for sometime we didnt know about. When I called to schedule, they were so helpful and explained the service possible ways to help eliminate the problem etc. A relative was going to pay for pest control as a nice gesture this one time but decided to use their own pest control service. When I called to cancel they were very kind and understanding. In the future for maintenance I will most likely be calling them to service. Great customer service.

These guys were great! They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We had an invasion of fire ants in our house one day and having a 6 month old baby who spends most of her time playing on the floor I was so concerned! They knew just what to do and explained the whole process to me and took care of it that same day. They got rid of our fire ants with in 24 hours. We were very impressed!

We used them to spray our yard and house. The first time they came out there was no problems but after they left I started get bugs in the house. So we called for a second appointment for Tuesday between 8-10 am. We waited around all day and no one showed up or called to let us know what was going on. The next day we got a call saying the guy who was supposed to do our house just didnt do his route that day. So we scheduled another appointment for Friday between 12-2 and again no one showed up and no call. We had to call them to find out that the business is dissolving because one of the partners decided he didnt want to work with them any more. I informed him a phone call goes a long way and we would not be using them any more.

They are the most knowledgeable, with the BEST customer service!! I live near a green belt and have always had issues with bugs until I called Element. They set me up with a customized maintenance plan and Ive never been happier!! The bugs are gone!! Thank you!!

Terrible customer service. They never let us know when they had sprayed. When I would call to ask for a inside spray no one ever called me back after multiple calls. I finally tried emailing and got an excuse of why they couldnt call me back. They always had an excuse. And still didnt bother to call after my email. So we canceled since they wouldnt communicate with us.

Came home to a swarm of bees on our AC unit and gave Element a call. They came out to our home on a Friday night to check out the bees and assured us they were Honeybees and they would most likely be gone by Monday. Such professional and just plain nice people who went out of their way to help us....free of charge. We are going to start using them for some other problems we are having. I personally work as a manager in customer service and I can honestly say, they excel in customer service. Highly recommend them.

Had an awesome experience with these guys-excellent customer service and professionalism! Same day service and late in the afternoon on a Saturday! I called in a panic after discovering ants were invading our home and finding our current pest control provider was unable to come out for a week and half. John and Phil were over within an hour to evaluate and remedy our ant problem. Certainly switching over to Element for our regular pest control service!

You will not find a more customer friendly company. Element Pest Control takes the time to make sure your are satisfied with their work. They even took the time to remove the mud dauber nests from our house and to clean up the cobwebs from places we could not reach.

Salesman was convinving, lady in office great at follow-up, but techs missed two of three scheduled appointments before we cancelled and went back to previous provider. Also, during first application, tech got water spots all over the windows we just paid to have cleaned.
