Wanted a set and wanted to try a small shop instead of the other larger company I usually patronize. For multiple reasons I was very disappointed…1) I asked for thin layer, got thick and uneven2) they are cut at different lengths3) I asked for round shape and got a combination of round oval and the pointy… I did point out the very noticeable ghetto point, not all black people want that!4) as I got on to make this review I noticed that I was charged $40 not 38… yeah it’s only a few dollars but it’s still my money

Garbage!! The only thing this place is good at is an eyebrow arch!!! My nails are lumpy!! My pedicure lasted all but 10 min. The color I chose was not the color put on my toes!!! If you don’t want your feet to inch, I would totally stay away from here

This is my favorite spot in Spring. They keep my nails cute neat and simple. Im obsessed with basic full set nails and pedicures. Of course yellow. OH YEAH Nails services are great! Prices are affordable plus the Nail Techs are good at what they do!All these pictures add are just basic acrylic nail with nail polish for $22 full set.

I have been getting my nails done here for about 4 years. Their prices are pretty fair even though they recently increased them. I like this place, but not necessarily love it. Its always so hard to communicate with them because they speak very little english.

Even though the nail tech was very nice, my pedicure was worthless. The nail paint would not dry, even after sitting in salon for 20 minutes and then having heat blowing on my feet in my car for 15 minutes. The paint is off the big toes and smudged on all the rest. I will not be back at all.

I wont go anywhere else! I have 3 friends that i recommend to go and they love it! I drive past 12 places to go there! I love Charlies work on my nails and all the girls do great on my toes and eyebrows!!

The quality of the picture is a mess, but I went in for the full set and polish on top. Im genuinely not one to complain but as you can see, there is no polish because as I was washing my hands to go back and get the polish another client sat down in my chair, moved my purse and started getting her nails done. I sat down next to where I had been sitting, my nail polish that I picked out was sitting there on the table where the other client had taken my seat. The nail tech was now working on her nails. Im sorry, but I came in and waited for my turn just like everyone else. So, the nail tech looks up and tells me to wait just moment while getting finished filing this clients nails. I have things to do. At this point I had been there for almost 2 hours. I told him forget it. Ill come home and paint my own nails. They charged me $22 for an unfinished service. Im NEVER coming back. And I am definitely telling everyone I know about this experience.

New favorite nail salon in the area, used to go to the woodlands and pay double the price. They do a great job- fast, gentle, and I had zero lifting after waiting 3 weeks to come back.

How do you mess up a simple manicure and pedicure? 🤔👀 Asked for design on just the big toe..... they did not match .....She had to see they did not match but left it as it was.... Yes, I couldve said something but why should I have to when you have two eyes just like me. Just moved to the area, will never go back there again.

Came in on a sunday and Charlie was great.. he did a great job with pink and white.. my nails were so short naturally and he made them look great.. 1 little diamond one all and on 40$

Oh yeahhh nails?? More like oh no nails...Me and my friend called last minutes and they were able to fit us in which was nice...but Mindy obviously rushed my my friends acrylic set, they cut her skin and continuously hit her finger and caus ed her pain. And they did slippy detail work on her designs.

Didn’t give me the design I wanted. Really poor communication. I waited for 2 hours to get my nails done and it still wasn’t what I wanted. She pressured me into giving her a tip even though she didn’t give me what I wanted. She also cut my nail bed.

Came in and left out less than 1.5 hrs. Pedicure Nail tech B was super good and He very cautiously paid attention to details. The girl who did manicure was fast but kinda rushing like she was in a race. But overall her services were okay. One thing that bothered me was the nail tech was all in my space and not practicing the 6 ft social distancing as she was working with the pedicure guy instead of letting me get a manicure at the table with the shield. Also the owner was not wearing a mask the whole time and sneezing profusely without turning his head or washing his hands. It was really unnerving to watch. I kept watching for him to go wash his hands and he never did. If he is doing this while people are watching I can only imagine his hygiene when no one is around. This left a very negative taste in my mouthI only gave 4 stars because B was awesome and if I could rate the owner I would give a 0

Came to get nails done at 5:30 on Sunday website says you close at 7pm and the door says 6pm. Was not busy and told they were closed....not good business practice and will not recommend.

If you are wanting quick service at inexpensive prices then this is the place to go. However, if you enjoy being pampered and want a friendly customer service type of environment this is not the place. My mom and I went to get a pedicure and manicure. Not only were we rushed to pick a color and sit down, but they also rushed our service. We never had a chance to turn on the massage chair. As we were getting our pedicure, they had us extend our hands to the left side of the chair so they could do our nails at the same time. They offered no covering as he used the drill to prepare my nails for the powder so I had to keep dusting nails debris off my pants. It was not a pleasant experience. If youre getting one service then it should be fine but I wouldnt get both at this location again.

Today, I had an appointment but arrived earlier and was immediately serviced. While I like my nails, I did not appreciate getiing my nails done at the same time as my pedi. Although, I did not ask for it to be done separately when she started, I was not asked if it were okay either. This is my second time visiting this establishment and I will visit again and request nails done separately. Ann and Bee did a great job, clean, patient, welcoming suggestions. I wanted to see how they handle a rush and got my wish. They did let in coming customers know there was a wait but neither of my techs rushed to complete me to help others. Those waiting were patient as we all know, 10 minutes really means 30 minutes. :-)

Went in to inquire about getting services. The lady who greeted me was nice but very insertive. I decided to get a manicure only. She (Titi) asked about my brows. I stated, no and gave her an explanation on why. I explained to her other salon have taken too much off. She insured me she would not do that and to them with only cleaning them up. Unfortunately that was not the case. I realize she waxed everyones brows the same; men and women took most of my brows off and thought they were fine. I DID NOT MENTION MY DISQUISE TO HER instead I did not tip. I will never return here again. Im so hurt 😞 that my brows look crazy.

Charlie doesn’t spend any time making your nails look good, I had to go somewhere else to fix mine and my kids nails.

I’m usually not big on negative reviews but when things are just truly unacceptable, the world must know. I arrived here May 16th at 3:04pm & asked for the wait time & was told 30 minutes. Considering the fact that the city just recently opened back up due to COVID, I considered the fact that the wait time may be a little longer. It’s now 4:24pm. I was dropped off by my cousin who recommended this place. If I had my car, I would’ve been left. No one has apologized for the prolonged wait nor has said anything at all! Not, “Sorry for the wait,” or even, “Thank you for your patience, we’ll be w/ you shortly.” I also saw two roaches. One crawled from the door to the pay area & one dead on its back by the chair they sat me in at 4:27. I’ve been to a few unprofessional nail shops but this one is by far the worst. I left at 5:34pm b/c after being there so long, the nail technician took someone who came in AFTER me & I had already been there for 2 1/2 hours. I usually read reviews first but again, this place was recommended by a family member so I didn’t bother but this experience was a lesson to check out the reviews whether the place was recommended or not. Most of the bad reviews I’ve read on here deals w/ the two of the three main issues that I had: professionalism & time. At this point, they need to get shut down 👌🏾 I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here & I’m definitely not coming. That’s very unprofessional & unacceptable for a business to be ran in such a manner in which there is no communication.

This place is just overall terrible. Always rushing… Never taking the time to do anything correctly. And when I say rushing… I mean rushing. It took him less than 20 minutes to do my pedicure… Not what I paid for. This place just sucks. Dont waste your money.

Came here a while back for my prom nails and they turned out how I wanted them! They did a great job. Recently came back for a manicure and pedicure and love it!

I went in today I usually go there every two weeks I had a 12:30 appointment and every time I look up they were taking someone ahead of me . I usually like mindy but she was very unprofessional today . I sat there for 6 hours and still was not serviced . I finally got fed up and walked out very disappointed. I had Charlie and he was very gentle and did my nails really nice!

Great service and awesome nails. Jennifer was my tech and she was incredibly kind and patient with me being Im still new at this.

Pedicure is always great and the massage chairs makes it all most comfortable. They have a frequent user card as well, for every $20 or more service you receive a staple to work towards a free spa pedicure.

Awesome cosmotologist. I recommend Jennifer for lashes, Charlie and Jennifer for manicures in that order, and Jennifer and TT for pedicures. All three are awesome and those are the only three that I can give info on, but there are other cosmotologist that work there. Everyone are very friendly and courteous. Very reasonable prices.

Crapy serves. The guy argued with me about my nails being the thickness I wanted. Told me over and over that they were thick when they clearly werent.
