I love Kelly’s Nails! I’ve been going to them since I moved to Houston 4 years ago. Tim is such a sweetheart! Although they don’t really do any designs, every time I bring in a picture of something new, Kelly tries her hardest and generally nails it! I highly recommend them.

My mom, sister and I had a great experience here 🥰 they did not rush, and took great care of us.They even worked with my sister, letting her try a couple different shades of blue on her nails until she made her decision ❤️Great establishment! We will be coming back!!

Had a great experience here at Kellys nails. The staff are super nice and accommodating. The only issue I had it they do not have an alternative to latex gloves. I am allergic to latex. After a few minutes they were able to come to a solution. Overall great service and I would recommend coming here.

My SIL went here the other day because our normal salon was busy, my nails are separated from the tips and already coming up on the sides. My SIL nails are entirely way too thick, and she tried to get a design but the lady who did it didn’t do it correctly and then her ring finger was crooked (really bad) and the lady tried to argue that it’s her finger mind you she gets her nails done often and that has never happened. She sat there and argued that we were wrong until the manager had her fix it. They were just very unprofessional and very high prices for the result of their service. Not to mention I got a pedicure as well and my polish is already chipping.

At first, I loved it. Never been here but it wasnt on my side of town and I had to do dip which Im not a fan of because the powder colors selectionwasntwhat I wanted. Staff was sweet place was clean and my nails looked great but dye to the dip, I had powder left on my fingers. Within 2 hours my first nail broke and it broke BAD. Then a few days later a second nail broke. Definitely NOT happy after the money spent there.

This was my first time coming here and I’ll be back soon. The owner was very kind and informative and Michelle did such a great job with my nails.

First time the guy greeted me so nicely. Everyone that was in there was so nice, the work was even better. I got a pedicure the lady that did it, she did such an amazing job. Definitely coming back!

Hidden gem - My friend and I had an appointment at 11AM Friday. I got a pedicure and she got a manicure (fake nails). Overall great experience. Environment is very relaxing. Relaxing music and they werent playing some news channel or pop music. They were playing soft mellow music and what was on the TV was HGTV so things like Fixer Upper. Nicely decorated with a relaxing fountain. Got the deluxe spa pedicure (its $36 - the highest one offered is about $55) and from start to finish it was about an hour or so. The lady was nice and gentle and she took her time. Complimentary full sized water, not baby water bottles. Lotion and sea salt scrub was heated so it wasnt cold applied to your skin. The leg and feet massage she gave was great and she was attentive to making sure things were to my liking and comfort. Hot towel wrap included my shins and feet, not just my shins like other places. Massage chairs were up to date and clean.New customers also get a 10% discount. They also have a good selection of colors. After she painted a toe she made sure to ask if I liked the color before continuing. They also didnt talk across the spa to each other. Very relaxing and I will definitely be returning.Please ignore crooked toe nails in the pic. Im clumsy and hit my toes on stuff frequently resulting in broken toe nails that I end up having to trim myself. The lady did a great job trying to even them out for me. I couldnt help but notice the very cute child size pedicure chair.

I love getting my toes done. This place has many great reviews and Kellys Nails & Spa lived up to its reputation. I will definitely be coming back.I was a walk in for pedicures and I wanted to get gel. They seemed a little confused at first (I guess not many people get gel for their toe nails) but they were happy to do it.They took me to a pedicure massage chair that was very comfortable and in great condition. The tubs are sanitary and they use plastic coverings to keep the tubs sanitary.They offered me a beverage and a menu for the kind of pedicure I wanted and gel nail colors.They have great prices for their pedicures and a huge number of colors to choose from in gel.Lee was my technician and she was amazing. She prepared my nails for gel and did a great job making sure my cuticles and nails were trimmed the way I like them. She also did a really nice leg and foot massage. I got paraffin wax and hot stones that were wonderful.I recommend this place!

Wonderful place by far my new place to go have my pedicures done!! The staff is very friendly the atmosphere is just relaxing!! The gentleman who I suppose is the owner is very attentive and accommodating!!! Highly recommended!!

My first time here was AN ABSOLUTE GREAT EXPERIENCE. One of my friends recommended me here and definitely will be back. Alex took time to make sure my nails were done well! dip nails will be my forever go to now. Also extra points for the ambiance in the shop! I love it here! FYI I’m signed in under husbands google account, posting this. I just hard my third pedicure here (with three different ladies) and each time has been an amazing experience. Relaxing and tranquil setting. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed here.

Have been here twice and have not been disappointed. Very nice atmosphere, comfortable seating and experienced manicurists and pedicurists. Can be expensive depending on what you get. I would call in advance rather than walk in.

My husband and I were able to call Saturday morning and got a same day appointment. He had a relaxing pedicure, and I got a dip manicure. We both left feeling pampered and refreshed! The atmosphere was calm and enjoyable, the staff was so attentive. We will be back!!

Been going to Kelly’s over a year now , the customer service is superb . Anytime I’ve ever had an issue with my nails they’ve been more than happy to fix it ! Tim is so nice ! He always remembers the people walking in & does everything he can to make you feel welcome ! Alice is the best nail tech period ! She takes her time , makes sure she’s not hurting you literally after every finger . I had thick nails on today and she got them soaked off in under 20 minutes . For me that’s unheard of lol . Not to mention her phenomenal pedicures ! If you go on the weekend ask for her !

I love this place..the nail tech was so precise in helping me make my decision! I got dipping powder instead of gel shellac and i love it!! Lets get into this pedicure and how my feet were massaged and my calf muscles with a hot scrub!! Amazing i been looking for a clean salon close! I love Kellys nails! I have been coming here for 2 years now, since it was Nail Secret. Kelly is amazing at doing my nails. She is so sweet, professional, and accommodating. Tim, her husband, will go out of his way to make sure you have an incredible experience there. They have redone the decor, and it looks fantastic. The salon is very clean and has a great ambiance. You truly can relax at Kellys nails. It is a hidden treasure for sure. I also love the fact that they have kid sized pedicure chairs, because my daughter can actually fit in them comfortably. You can make an appointment here, which is preferred, or you can walk in. The salon is located on Louetta RD near kuykendahl and also near Klein church rd. I love it and will never go anywhere else to get my nails done.

Had to wait a while before getting my pedicure. Other than that everything was great. Very relaxing atmosphere and the workers were very nice. Gave me a bottle of water without me even asking for it which was nice, and also gave us a 15% discount for it being my first time.

Kelly’s is my favorite nail shop in the spring area! The customer service is excellent, the shop is very clean and relaxing. Tim and Kelly work really hard to make sure their customers are happy. They have a large variety of nail polish/Shellac.....Also they serve wine 🍷 during your service so that’s always a bonus.

I decided to try this place because of all the great reviews and the decent prices.I had to wait a long time before my pedicure which I didnt mind at the time but if I had been in a hurry it wouldnt have been good. I spent an hour and half in here for only a pedicure. One of my nails chipped after only 2 days. They offered to add on some little moisturizing booties and I went ahead and tried them. Between that and the pedicure my heels still arent soft. I dont know if they gave me the highly advertise 10% off for first time customers, I dont really care because it would have only been like $5 but they brought it up. $36 pedi, $5 design and then that leaves $6 for the booties. If they cost $11 then thats $5 off but that seems like a rip off for the booties especially considering how well priced every thing else is.It was nice the location and people were nice, it was relaxing, the massage was great but now Im going to have to go get another pedicure so it was really a waste of time and money on my part.

I liked how my toenails turned out. I liked that they are friendly. I like that they give you a rich massage while doing your toenails. I didnt like the fingernails at all, the polish looked bad when brushing, I let the manicurist know and she wasnt interested in changing it. I did not like that when they were polishing a nail on my hand, the boy lost the device and accidentally hurt me, he only said sorry but he was not interested in doing something extra or perhaps giving me a discount, voucher or something similar . And I say it because before this, normally it is tried to correct the error with the client.
