I have been going to Final Touch for years, I love this salon! They have a wonderful, caring staff that make a real effort to get to know you. Going in for a pedicure or a facial is always a delight. They truly pamper you.

I am always happy when I go here. I cant remember their names but the girl that does my pedicures is very thorough. The man that does my nails is also great!

This place is awesome. They did SUCH a good job on my Shellac. This is quality service. They took such a long time on them, and theyve lasted 6 WEEKS!! Still going strong! No chips or anything.

Helena the owner is super sweet. Theres always a friendly face to greet us when we come in. We leave refreshed, relaxed and our nails look divine!

I hate being negative but this experience has been awful. I had my nails done a few days ago and one broke off while trying to towel dry my hair yesterday. They open at “9:30” so I sat waiting until 9:55 when she actually got there. I go inside to show and explain my nail situation and what does she say? “He won’t be in until 11.” She proceeds to tell me he is appointment only. That is NOT on the website or door of the salon. When I asked for the managers number it went to voicemail. After multiple attempts she finally answered and said she would fix it right at 9:30 tomorrow. Yet again, I was let down when she said it could cost $15. She told me they bought the salon and kept whatever supplies the previous owners had and said she didn’t know the quality! Please avoid this establishment at all costs!

Very awesome, affordable and friendly place

When I first called to schedule an appointment for myself and other family members, they did not get it right and had to call me back and I had to pick a different time. Even though we had an appointment for 5 people they did not have the staff to do them and even took a walk in before some of us. They did not do the massage of my arms or legs that all others do. The shellac that I had done did not last but a couple of days before it started peeling off. Not a good experience and will definitely never go back. I would not even give 1 star if this program did not require it.

Im very picky about the nail shops that I go to but this place is a keeper. Great service, very personable and friendly & there was a large variety of colors including shellac to choose from. They offer water, soda or wine. My only concern is that they werent as efficient as I would have liked.I believe that the current owners took over this nail shop about a year ago. They currently have a few offers on Groupon & they mentioned that they want people living nearby in Spring to know that theyre there. However, I believe that with the increased exposure, they need to be better prepared to handle the traffic that they may get. My sister and I got to our 3:00 appointment at 2:55 and left around 6:15. Thats ridiculous. One reason is that there were only 2 people when we arrived (one was doing a pedicure & the other started on my nails while my sister waited). The owners brother was late on arriving to the nail shop for our appointment. When a couple of ladies came in for a 4:00 appointment around 3:40, they werent done with our nails yet. But, during our drying process, they began working on one of the ladies manicures. Then they started on one of their pedicures before starting on my sister so she had to wait for a while which was upsetting. They started on the second ladys pedicure while I was supposed to be enjoying the hot towel part of the pedicure process. That part isnt supposed to last that long clearly but I stayed that way for 30+ minutes while they did the second ladies pedicures. They eventually were done before my sister and I and we got there before them. It was ridiculous. They eventually apologized and gave us a coupon for our next visit. I already had the intention to return because overall, the quality of their work was good.

I go to get shellac and pedicure on a monthly basis. They do a great job and I usually do not have to wait for service. Prices are reasonable.

Id choose them every time bc they have the best prices! And they did a great job. I gave 4 stars bc they are outdated on decor and not spa-like. Nothing fancy, but a good value!

Final Touch Nails is an outstanding place to have your nails done, they take care of you and they take the time to listen to you. I would recommend Final Touch Nails to everybody.

I have been going to Final Touch Nails & Spa in Spring, TX since around the time they opened and am so happy I learned of their location. The salon is very clean and the girls who work there are so sweet and professional. They not only do a fantastic job but also are very good at making me feel comfortable. One thing that really matters to me is that there are no strong odors from the usual chemicals associated with nail salons. Ive had facials, waxing, pedicures, manicure and solar nails done there and can not imagine ever going anywhere else.I gave my sister a gift certificate for them about a year ago, and although she doesnt live very close, has decided to now regularly have her nails done at Final Touch Nails & Spa. That says a lot!Try them if you get the chance. Youll be glad you did.

I got a bikini wax and pedicure. Let me start by saying that I get a bikini wax once a month. This is my first time at this salon as i am new to town. This was by far the best wax Ive ever received!!! Lien is wonderful! She took her time and paid attention to the detail of her work. Not at all sloppy work as Ive experienced in the past. Id highly recommend her if you have never had a bikini wax before or for regulars like me.... She really goes above and beyond! Minh gave me my pedicure. He is also wonderful. He took his time and the results were wonderful! I paid $5 more for callus removal. Well worth it. Most places massage your legs as part of the deal but Minh was top notch. It was as if I was at a professional massage parlor. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommended.

Wasnt impressed, disappointed because its very close to home. Walked in and it felt like a sauna. Guy doing my nails couldnt understand a word I said and he didnt put the clear coat on my nails. Wont be back, there are way too many nail places Id rather try.

I waited an hour for service, they only had two people working. Then my turn came up and the skipped me and went to someone that walked in after me. I left without service. Good luck getting service.

This will be the 3 time I have tried to come on a Sunday to get a mani and pedi and have been turned away. It’s 12:22 and there is 1 person working and 2 ladies sitting for services.

My experience sucked.there is a lady by the name of Kathy. Dont let her do your nails. They will be messed up by the end of the day. Not worth paying.
