Best smoke flavor ive tried in Houston area for game processing, and Ive tried a few. The snack stix and summer sausage with cheese are wheres its at. 50/50 on those next year first deer.

If you like beef & pork sausage that is not very greasy, I suggest you try this spot. I am not a huge fan of sausage, but I have to admit, I was impressed.

I have used this place for over 10years!! They make the best jalapeño cheese sausage (chunky not mushy) they don’t have a big selection of processing Choices! I have used other places here and there for boudian or sticks and I always regret it!! Tried a few places in Conroe was very disappointed!!! I trust these guys to give me the deer I brought them the ground burger (deer) is perfect consistency!!! I will continue coming here!!!

We bring all our game to R&D. every thing we have made is awsome.Every one that works there is very nice and thwy have great prices.
