Social distance was in place, pricey for fingerprints but the attendant was most gracious.

I’ve done my fingerprinting almost a month ago and I haven’t heard anything yet. When I call the phone number to get my results the automated service keeps telling me that it’s still in processing. Very disappointed

Super fast, make sure you get an appointment! That’s the best way. It’s easy to do online. Make sure you bring everything you’re supposed to have. The woman working this morning was very friendly and helpful.

Apparently its well known that this building shuts when it wants to. There were a few people waiting outside to get to their appointments and office was closed. Without warning from anyone, no signs, no calls, no emails to reschedule NOTHING! I think whats worse is there was a pregnant woman waiting in the Texas heat outside to make her appointment! Not cool! If I could give it a middle finger instead of a star I would.

Simple office, public restroom is not inside office. You have to walk around the building where there is drivers education classes going on and no defined sidewalks. I made a guester like I was being ran over when a new driver turned saw me and jumped. Everyone in car started laughing. Nevertheless, no a lot to offer, just show up on tg he day you have appointment and you good.

If everything goes smooth, I’m sure a pretty easy place to receive these services from. However, if there is an issue, the WORST customer service ever!We had an issue printing my passport photo and they had already charged my card. The employee at the location never submitted a refund request and then it took almost a month of me calling to get a refund. I booked another appointment, drove 30 minutes to the location and found out the the printer was still broke and I couldn’t be helped. I know it’s only a 13 dollar charge but the employees or employees you call could care less about a problem.Hope everything goes better than my experience for everyone.

Visited to get my fingerprints taken and the two women there that helped me were nice and got me out in no time. I was skeptical to come here because the staff at the IdentoGo in the Memorial area were kind of rude. Should I need any their services, I’ll be back to this location.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I was running a little late when I got there. There was one female employee waiting on one person. This employee said that I would have to reschedule because I was late. I told her that I really needed to get my fingerprints done today. She finished with the other client, who then left. Once again, she said that she couldnt see me. The place was empty. She handed me a card with the national number on it. She then told me that I had to go outside to speak, no cell phones allowed. I repeat, the place was empty. I called it and explained my situation. They told me that they couldnt do same day appointments. A man came in, did his fingerprints and left. It took 5 minutes. Then the employee just sat down, doing nothing. I asked her if she had any other appointments on this day. She said that she didnt know, because she cant see the appointment schedule. They certainly do not put the customer first. I will never go back, and I would advise others to find another place to go. I have already found a mobile fingerprinting place that will come to my house to fingerprint me. Identogo is worthless. Very poor customer service.

If I could give 0 Stars I would! I was nervous after seeing the bad reviews already but I didnt have another location that was closer. Had my fingerprinting appt scheduled for 11AM, showed up for my appt & the doors are locked & the lights are off. You cant call them directly so I called the customer care line & they are closed. I live an hour away so not only did I waste my gas I wasted 2 hours of my time for nothing. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

AWFUL, I set up a date and time with them. Came and they were closed early!! My appointment was at four on a thursday. They were supposed to be open from 8am to 8pm. Dont waste your time. Just dont.

I got here at my scheduled time (actually one minute early). Your employee proceeds to make a rude comment about how I’m late, and then starts talking to the other customer about how people don’t get what it means to be on time. And she was basically yelling it so I could hear.The kicker is, my appointment was 10 minutes ago and I’m still sitting here. Which would be fine if your employee wouldn’t have been so rude about me being “late”.Embarrassingly awful customer service. If you can go to another location, do.

They provided the service needed for me, but it was kind of unorganized. You walk in and have no idea what youre supposed to do. When I got there they were about 20 minutes behind due to technical issues. Another guy there right before me couldnt get all of the services he needed because of technical issues and the lady working there wasnt exactly tech savvy and couldnt fix it. She told him to come back later. For a place that requires a time slot to come to, it would have been nice not to have to wait so long to get my fingerprints done.

My husband made an appointment here for a Saturday. When he got there no one was there and the building was locked. There was nothing on their website about them being closed, and the sign on the door indicated they were supposed to be open. Other people were waiting as well. Completely ridiculous. No excuse for people to be able to make an appointment and have no warning that they wouldnt actually be open.

I went there today at 8:30am and waited until 9am, then I left, they were supposed to be open at 8am. I saw at least 5 people after me while waiting in my car attempt to open a locked door. I am now rescheduled at a different location and the number they give on the website and here keeps redirecting to another voice with numbers to press. I just wanted to talk to a representative. Finally I did and rescheduled!

Appointments are a joke! Poorly run facility I came in 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and I was told just to sit and wait.

Definitely would give no stars if possible. We show up to get my husband’s prints done and this older white woman working there told him that he filled out the wrong form. So he asked her if he could refill it out and get it done today since it was 4:15 pm. She replied with no you’ll have to come back tomorrow because I’m leaving at 5pm. So my husband says “agh dang” and she mimics him saying “agh yeah”. Rude is an understatement. So my husband walks out to the car at 4:25 pm and she walks out with her purse and begins locking everything up and at 4:30pm she’s in her vehicle driving away. I do believe she could have taken one more appointment before 5pm but she decided to be difficult instead and wanted to leave before he had a chance to make another appointment. I can definitely see that customer service is not a priority here based up the kind of person working here with the capability to close up before it’s even time.

Wasted time . No one showed up to unlock the business. Line of people waited and then I called the main number. They had no info as to why nooone was there. They offered an apology and a reschedule. So dont use this location in the future. There is another review staying same thing

Showed up two minutes late to my scheduled appointment however the lady refused to even acknowledge me until seven minutes past my appointment time. She made me wait until everyone else (including those who got there after me) had been processed. I let her know that the support center that I had called to make an appointment said it was okay to get pictures taken at this location as well without having to make another appointment. That, however, was either not true or the lady working was lazy. Once everyone else had gone ahead of me she pulled me to the fingerprinting area and told me I had to reschedule because I was seven minutes late. Add to that, I also had my 4 year old son with me. Not only did I wait 45 minutes to be helped with an overactive 4 year old, I was then told I had to reschedule. Worthless...absolutely worthless.

Here at 9:15 am on Saturday. No one here except the other 20 people who had appointments. Someone should be fired. Down with Identogo! If I wasnt forced to use them by the state I would NOT.Update: Came back hours later the same day. Still closed. Still people here who drove over an hour to get to this location. I suggest making apt. during week day and calling the customer service beforehand to verify that theyre open.

This place is a train wreck. Went here 3 times only to be told they couldnt locate my documents in their computer. On the 3rd time I had an appointment at 10:50am, I ended up waiting until 12pm to be seen only to be turned away again because they didnt have my information correct again, and the guy couldnt or wouldnt edit the documents. During the wait, the only guy working there would ask each person in the lobby what time they had an appointment for, each time he finished with someone. At one point he got so confused he asked who wants to be next. When i finally got to the front of the line he was huffing and puffing about doing his job. When he couldnt get my service correct I was again turned away, just walked out. I made an appointment for the next day at the 249 location in the old Compaq building. There was no wait, I walked right in. The woman who did the service was fast and professional. The Spring Cypress location is dirty and run by a bunch of incompetent people. Shut that location down and send those people back to training, or fire them all.

You need to make an appt but yet they dont go by appts when you get here. They said first come first serve. This just makes everybody waiting upset. If your going to do it that way at least mention it to people first before they arrange their whole day around this appt and have a sign in sheet so theres no confusion.On the plus side the girls working were nice and super fast :)

Got here at 4:15 for a 4:30. Tried to check in and she said she would be with me in a min. When she called someone else at my appointment time I asked if appointment times were honored. When I called to sechedule I was told walking were allowed for TWIC cards and I thought perhaps some of the other people might not have appointments. Girl was rude.Telling me how her equipment wasnt working and how she had to type things in etc. Her behavior was uncalled for since I only asked if they were going in order of appointments. 4:45 and my husband I havent been called yet. :-(
