Good atmosphere very cool. Helpful and friendly staff. The artist who did my tattoo was professional and very funny. Definitely would come back.

I am giving this place 2 stars because I had excellent (5star) service from my first tattoo artist years ago (an older gentleman whose name I never got, who doesn’t work there now) and Efraim who has done many of my pieces, who no longer works there either. I called mentioning wanting a tattoo by him (not knowing he didn’t work there) and the man changed his tone and had more attitude than I’m already used to at this shop. Humble yourself, I was just inquiring.

Horribly managed.Called to try to make an appointment they said that we had to come in person to make an appointment so I got a babysitter for my kids just so I could drive out there once I arrived they told me that I could not make an appointment and then I had to just walk in the next day so I went back home got another babysitter for the night for the next day went back to try to either schedule an appointment or get tattooed same day and was told by the same gentleman again that he could not service me for another two weeks because he didn’t know his schedule horribly manage group awful front desk operator no customer service whatsoever ended up having to get a tattoo somewhere else. That actually accommodates people

Jonathan Jay was my artist and had done a phenomenal job every session I have been with him. His work is 2nd to none. He is very personable and tries to keep the customer satisfied and comfortable. I have now done 4 sessions with him, (1) more scheduled and he will be my go-to person for any future appointments. The studio is very clean and all of the artists are friendly and swing by from time to time to check out each others work and provide encouragement. The atmosphere is very nice. I will gladly and highly recommend Jonathan as an artist, but SUPER CHANGOS as a studio for anyone interested in getting some ink work.

Seriously, a great place to get a tattoo. I had been thinking about this for a while, done some research on tattoo studios, and went into Superchango with a design idea. The person at the front desk introduced me to Jonathan Jay, and after seeing some similar work of his, set an appointment for my first tattoo. Jonathan was very professional and did an amazing job. The studio is very clean as well. Overall, more than thrilled with the job he did and would definitely recommend both the studio and Jonathan.

We walked in for tattoos. They said we would only wait “a little bit”… we waited 2HOURS. The place was rlly cool tho and the artists were very nice. If you make an appointment you’ll have a great time.

I go to Zac every time & I absolutely love his work. He always puts his own little art spin on something I want & listens when I want something changed. Great artist.

I think I found my forever artist but first the shop.Everyone inside was smiles, laugher and happy to say hello. The shop was extremely clean, organized and the artist station was very meticulously sanatized and wrapped for our safety.The artist Mikey was a true gem. I walked in earlier in the evening, showed him exactly what I wanted and we fist bumped on a time. Not only did he get me in earlier, he was eager to start and not waste my time. Mikey was very careful and clean with my tattoo and several times he made sure to check on me because I tend to zone out. He made sure to give me proper after care instructions and I made sure tell him my future money and business would he his. He earned it.Thank you Mikey for my Lizard. It means the world to have it on me and you did it so very well.

Their information says online that you need an appointment. We call in to find out what we need to do for an appointment and are told by the gentlemen that answered to just come on in to get things started. I let him know it would be a few days because of work and kids and he said no problem.I took the day off work and got a baby sitter and went down there. I was told when we got there that we needed an appointment. I explained to them I had called in and what I had been told. They really couldnt care. The one gentlemen said he said he might be able to get the time to setup an appointment after 3. (This was shortly after 1 when they opened). He wanted me to sit there for two hours on the chance he might be able to get an appointment scheduled, not even have an appointment just to get one scheduled.This was disappointing they have what appears to be good solid work from their pictures, but they need better management.

Dude, I can NOT rave enough about this place! I was a walk in and everyone worked with me to make my idea come to life! Juan does some amazing work and I am soooo happy with the finished product! Thank y’all so much for the good laughs and the awesome tattoo! I won’t be going anywhere else!

Got in and out quick, even as a walk in. Diego tattooed me, and Zac tattooed my friend. Both did incredible work and were very friendly. Will definitely be going back in the future for more work.

I got a tattoo while on vacation with reviews this was a great place.My tattoo looks like my 6 year old did it.I wanted fine line (single needle) tattoo, very small. I made that clear. If the artist wasn’t able he should have spoken up rather than take $80 and let me leave miserable. 6 days later and I’m a scheduling removal. A $80 mistake now costs hundreds.It’s even worse this was for my daughters anniversary of her birthday, as she passed away.Extremely glad I didn’t get the second one I planned that night.The guy was nice but I really think should have been honest with himself this wasn’t something in his style range. He told me it couldn’t be smaller.I found many artists who make crisp, DAINTY tattoos small.Pretty sad experience.

Phenomenal, No nonsense, customer service! The artists are more than helpful, and they treat their craft with the utmost passion and professionalism. Legitimate customers can expect themselves, and their ideas, to be genuinely received and respected. Mikey took me as a late arrival, (I was literally the only canvas in the building for the entirety of our session), and proceeded to paint me with some of the cleanest and sharpest lines youll ever see! The man took sincere pride in his art, and I recommend him to anyone who is serious about getting a clean tattoo. 5/5. Will return. Will refer.

My favorite shop, all the artists are talented and kind. Every tattoo Ive gotten here is beautiful, and the shop is always clean. 150% worth the hour and a half drive from my house.

My spouse and I came in Friday 13 and was told to follow up next day since they were booked for the evening.We came back in at 2pm and was told they were expecting their artist would be in shortly.After a 3 hour wait the artist Never showed, and we decided to seek another shop.Insult to injury was as we decided to leave a walk in customer came in and was given immediate attention and service.We are very upset and disappointed.This shop looked and smelled very clean.However if you want services it would be wise to make an appointment, other wise walk in are ignored.

I did a walk in a couple months ago and met DJ, and visited every month sense getting new tattoos from him! He’s so attentive and artistic with great prices! This shop is so clean and professional, I love it!

My 18 yr old has been wanting a tattoo. He will be leaving for Army boot in June and wanted it healed before. We stopped by a few places in the area and were happy with Superchango. He knew what he wanted and DJ was able to give him that at a great price. Will definitely be back!

I brought in an exact photo of what I wanted. Cute little palm trees. My actual tattoo came out thick and awful. Barely look like palm trees. Now it will cost me 6 times what I paid to get it removed

Just got my first tattoo from here! It was the perfect experience for a first tattoo. My tattoo artist Zack was very sweet and made me feel very calm while doing the tattoo. I would 100% recommend Superchango and I will 100% be coming back!

Can’t say enough good things about this place!! I came in with a general idea of what I wanted and Dave worked with me till we had an original piece that I absolutely love. I provided a bit of input and Dave through in several suggestions and amazing artistic ability. My entire experience from start to finish was excellent. Dave is an exceptional tattoo artist with years of experience and I would recommend him to anyone (whether it’s your first tattoo or 20th). Not only was Dave amazing, but the rest of the crew here are incredible as well. Can’t wait to get more work done here!!

Too many tattoo shops around to waste your time with these folks. I pulled up and parked right in the front.... Driving a 60k dollar car... I walked in and I am covered in tattoos.... Not one person acknowledged me. I sat there for 13 minutes while numerous “artists” walked by and not a one of them even said hello. They where recommended to me, but I wouldn’t extend that recommendation to anyone... Must be nice to not need business!

I absolutely love this place. My artist David is very great and exceeds on my expectations! I have seen every artists work here and there while waiting for my appointment and I would have to say that they are all EXCELLENT artists and do very great art work. I plan to get many more tattoos here especially by Dave. Everyone is very friendly. They do get busy and you do have to wait because they consult on what you would like, sketch it out, throw some ideas at you, and they also make sure the stencil for the tattoo is positioned the way you are wanting it. Overall if I could give just one HUGE golden review star I would. This shop is definitely money well spent!!!!!

My favorite place to get inked. The first time that I was tatted here, Juan Cabrerra the owner put a gorgeous half Indian half 🐺 wolf on my forearm. The next time I came in and unfortunately Juan told me that he was booked solid for the next two months, so he had Jonathan do my tattoo. I have now received two tattoos by Jonathan. He is very talented at realism and black and grey.

My husband and I are both customers of this studio and we wouldnt go anywhere else. We have had work done there a few times now and dont understand all of the bad reviews. The place is very clean and professional. Weve never had anything but good service there. We would recommend getting your tattoo done by the owner Juan, if you have the option. If you dont, the other artists do great work as well. Their prices are good and their work is exceptional. Like they say, you get what you pay for. If your looking for a cheap tattoo thats exactly what youll get. These guys might run a little more than some other studios but its well worth the few dollars more an hour they charge. They are certainly not the most expensive in town. We are looking forward to getting more ink done here in the future. We already have the next few planned.

As far as tattoo parlors go it was great. The tattoo artist was very friendly and outgoing. I did not get the tattoo but he did a good job for my friend and they were very friendly.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. I myself have two half sleeves with chest plates that Stephen has done. I moved away from Houston but I drive over 500 miles to allow Stephen to finish his work with his touch. I witness great customer service from the artist even in the middle of a tattoo they will tell customer someone will be right with them. They usually have an apprentice that is working around the shop and helping customer as they walk in he is also doing things for artist to keep the flow going. Out of every tattoo shop I have stepped into from St. Louis to Seattle this place always has a great vibe some of the best artist in house and guest artist and would recommend this shop to anyone wanting high quality work at a fair price.

Efraim was great at making my vision of my Ordnance wings I earned in the Marines come to life. This shop is clean and very helpful. Very respectful and just a great group of people that do great tattoos. This was my first Tattoo and it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

I posted this on Facebook too. My sister, Jessica Rogers, and I both got tats done. Mine was a small flash and hers was a cover-up from the tattoo parlor a few doors down. That first parlor screwed it up, and it was all faded and they wanted $100 to fix his mistake. Zak, who is a great artist, recolored it for $70 and gave a year guarantee on both of ours. All the artists were friendly and relatable, and down to earth people. Plus, they were pop culture fans which I loved. Like most tattooists (?) You could tell the crew had a wild side, but it was good natured. They definitely put time into their craft. Ive seen some artists get released from the penitentiary and think they are Andy Warhol when they should still be coloring. I dont know Zaks background, none of my business, but hes good. Spend your money here.

Ok experience, wish I could say the same for my wife! Im sure they have done some great work out of this shop but not that day! could have been because it was friday the 13th, but my wifes tattoo had quite a bit of trauma to the skin.

I went in and the guy was very kind but in a hurry and did rather poorly on my tattoo. I have taken very great care of it but regardless he did not deposit ink in properly on one side and it had already begun to fade or be absent of ink by the third or so day. Im very disappointed to be honest I would like if I could get it fixed for free considering how much it cost in the first place. He also rushed the shading because he wanted another customer in before the end of the night and I thought that was kind of disrespectful.

Stay away from Friday 13th $20 tattoos. The guy cut my arm in 2 spots and now that its healed you can see the scars in the middle of my tattoo.. Huge bummer because I wanted to go back for more work. I have alot of tattoos and this has never happened before.

Three tattoos on three different family members - Diego did a very intricate Masonic Grand Master, cleaned up another, Effriam did a custom tatt on the wife (first time tattoo) and DJ did a custom on myself. The entire team was professional, attentive, and wanted to ensure they were producing what you wanted. I wanted to talk to someone about an idea for a tattoo that I wanted done, they told me to talk to a guy who was doing a tattoo at the time, he said I would have to come back and charged $100 to save the date. On the card and on that day they said that if I had to cancel I would have to do it before 48hrs of the appointment. I ended up having to cancel but he refused to refund me saying “the money has already been spent”

Originally went in to see Juan but what I wanted wasnt his style so he referred me to Stephen Followell. Being what I wanted was a difficult cover up we talked for a while until we were both satisfied it could be pulled off. Im waiting to schedule my 3rd appointment now and could not be happier with the results so far. Place is super clean and everyone in there is friendly and professional. This will be my tat shop for life.

Walked in late, wanted to know prices since I tried calling and couldnt get them on the phone. The guy behind the counter was completely rude. He treated me like I was an idiot and that I was a jerk for coming in late. They had 30 min until close and a client was in there. Taking time to talk to me doesnt seem too much to ask. I live near by so I figured dropping by wouldnt be an issue. I was wrong, but gal I went in so I know not to go there. He asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment. He said sorry that we couldnt comply to your schedual. Im not asking you to comply to my schedule. Im not booking with you because youre rude. How about hey if you change your mind heres our number or something to get me back in the door.But there is no way in hell Im ever going back there. Especially if they treat potential clients like that.
