I had the worst experience I ever had with a business with 911 computer. During the past summer I contacted 911 about a harddrive I had that I couldnt retrieve data from. The told me they could diagnose and quote for potential repair for $50. They pick it up no problem, easy fast exchange. They tell me they would let me know within a day or two about the status and send an invoice. It took about a week but they did tell me it was no retrievable data and sent me the $50 invoice which I promptly paid.This is where the story turns. They offer me a service to send it to data retrieval. They say it could cost upwards to $700 but they wouldnt charge until it was fully determined. I agreed and this was the last time I was able to get in contact with them. I opened a service ticket on their site to request status which was kept opened and ingnored until I updated it last week. It is now closed with no update from them. The reason for closure was that I didnt respond within 72 hours. Ive tried calling several times but I never get a responseAt this point I just want my harddrive back. It belonged to an older family member who had some very important documents. This business... if you can even call it that, essentially just charged me $50 to steal my harddrive.

Very professional service, they came in 2 hours of my initial call, the technician know what he was doing and answer all my questions. The price was decent considering they fix my problem the same day and didnt charge me per hour. The service call was around $30 to have a tech to my door. Doing previous research, most companies charge you by hour and if you want someone be dispatched is no less than $80 to send them over. Nice Job 911 Computer to bring back my computer to life and save all my family pictures. Highly recommended
