DO NOT EVER USE!!!I use to go years ago and they ruined a dress of mine and didn’t want to take responsibility for it and I stopped going. This year they opened a location conveniently close to my house so I decided to give them another chance and been more than a handful of times and was happy but the last two times they ruined yet again two dresses that I wore once and say it was my fault for not removing an appliqué on one (this appliqué can not be removed it was sewn on) before being sent in. DO NOT EVER GO TO THEM!! They say they will repay you or give you credit and never happens.
Dropped my clothes off at 9:00 on Tuesday and was told they would be ready between 5&6 Wednesday. Since this is a local business I took one set home to clean and iron for my husband. Wed 5pm no clothes, 6pm, no clothes, 7pm no clothes, 7:30 no clothes. I will NEVER use this place again.
