I came in with my son. His age is 17, I was getting a couple of beers and he grabbed himself and younger bother some candy. I put my drinks on the counter and he put the candy he picked for him self and his brother on the counter. The young lady asked for our ids I showed her mine then she asked for his. I told her he is my son and has no Id. She proceeded to tell me its state law for the both of us to have Ids and how did she know if i was buying it for him or not. I proceeded to tell her i work in retail and that is not state law. With the look on her face just bothered me. So I told her she just lost a sell. She said thats fine and continued to talk as I was walking out the door. I literally had to tell her thats enough as I was leaving and pushing the door open for my son and I to walk out before she stopped talking. This is very upsetting because i have been shopping at this shell for around 9 years and she is the first to piss me off to go as far as to write a survey. Completely out of control. Im over 40 and my son clearly is a minor. If we cant shop in your business together then youve lost a customer forever. Ive never had a problem before but I do have a problem with this and if she can tell shoppers rules that are clearly a state law then she should at least cover up the Marijuana leaf tattooed on her arm and act business like and professional. Im a very upset customer and took my money elsewhere. By the way this is the same shell that Ive gone to and bagged my goods in my company bags not shells and when I asked why they said they ran out of bags. With no questions asked I walked away but left wondering. I entered the store around 930 to 10 if you want to pull video. Im in unbelievable response.
