There were several options to choose from when we were looking to remodel our kitchen and living room. The reason we went with Floorz Plus was the initial visit from Ross. He discussed different options and was able to work with our budget. A very personable individual. The installers were professional and extremely courteous throughout the project. We were looking to get some granite countertops for our bathrooms. Some other places couldn’t be bothered to complete our “small” project. Floors plus took the time to find the perfect color and best of all, it was installed the next day. The workers were professional and removed and hauled away our old countertop at no extra charge.

To whom it may concern,The decision of finding a contractor is often a bit tedious, especially when it comes to the installation of granite which requires talented and skilled labor. It truly is an art. I was faced with the task of finding a vendor to assist me on a project. I had been working on an outdoor kitchen for several weeks, and I had invested a great deal of time into building it. The last thing I wanted was the hard work to be ruined by sub-par granite work.I had spent weeks trying to find a vendor to come and install my granite. Some companies never called back, some companies were overpriced, and others I didn’t feel a solid connection with. Like most of us, I had driven down Rayford a thousand times, but on one particular day I happened to see the “granite” sign on the side of Floors Pluz. I thought “it’s a floor place” but I figured I would give it a try. I called Floors Pluz and was immediately assisted by Ross.He was polite, and he listened to what I had to say. He asked me to text him some pictures, so that he could have an idea of what I wanted. He immediately scheduled a time to come out that same day. He arrived, on time, and well prepared with several samples. He was patient with my questions, and he quoted me a price right on the spot. After shopping around, I felt his price was right on the mark. He drew up paperwork for me to sign, but it was clear his handshake and solid eye contact was the contract. To me that is old world feel that is often overlooked nowadays. We picked out the slabs, and within a few days the work was completed!The crew showed up on time, was polite, and was extremely respectful. Coming from a world of having to deal with contractors, that alone is impressive. Even more remarkable was the work itself. I have attached photos of the granite work, so that you can be the judge.As mentioned I had spent countless hours building the outdoor kitchen, and I was extremely pleased to have true craftsman tending to my project. The crew acted as if it was their own house, and it showed because they had a high level of attention to detail.I am not one that typically leaves reviews, but in this case it was clearly warranted. Floorz Plus replaced our old vinyl and carpet floors with beautiful new laminate at an amazing price. They were able to get the job done in only a couple of days, which made it really easy on my family.

The owner was absolutely wonderful. He personally came out, measured, and assured us it was going to look beautiful. He knew we were waiting to move in until the foot was done. Tuesday we signed the quote and Friday morning they started and were finished Friday afternoon and did an amazing job. Floorz Plus went above and beyond our expectations. I knew we were going to be happy and satisfied with the result just in how genuine the owner was.

We just had our entire 2nd floor, four bedrooms and family room including curved staircase re-carpeted by Floorz Plus on Cypresswood Drive in Spring Texas. We worked with the owner, Ross. He was very knowledgeable and gave us great pricing on a quality pad and carpet. The three installers were on time, did a perfect job, removed and replaced all furniture to our complete satisfaction in about five hours.Thank you, Ross and crew, we LOVE our new carpet!!!

If your looking for floors this is the place. Ross came out after hours to do our measurements so it was convenient for our schedule. Gave us a fair price and discussed all of the options for us. He was no pressure and gave us our time to make a decision. The installer showed up on schedule and were more than professional. The floors turned out beautiful and decided I definitely want to use floorz Plus for out kitchen remodel.

We had Floorz put in new flooring in our stairway. From initial contact with the company to completion of the project was just 4 days, counting the weekend. The workmanship was great and we are happy with our experience with Floorz.

Great prices and even better installation. We ordered measurement and quotes from 2 large box stores and a month later finally got one quote and the other place never called. Stopped in Floorz plus. They can and measured next day and 2 days later we have all new counter tops and backsplash in kitchen and bathroom. They beat anyones price and I cant wait to use them again. We do remodeling and I just found my one stop shop for cabinets, floor and countertop. You will not be disappointed!
