Shout out to Amanda and the customer support team at Pivot! I recently emailed Pivot about the loss of two rubber feet on the bottom on my Omni 97 (absolutely no idea how they became dislodged... this case is a beast!). She went out of her way to find compatible replacements and shipped them to me within days. Its service like this that builds lifelong loyalty to a company and its products.
