This America Latina Taxi is horrible & today inspite of calling several (more than 20) times they keep hanging up & when asked they act like they dont understand & hang up again on phone. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FEMALES WORKING HERE WHO HANG UP PHONES ON YOU!!!

I called and asked for a cab that I can pay by card as usual and was greeted by an extremely rude driver because the base wasnt picking up for me to pay. He left me stranded about a quarter of the way. I will never spend money with american latina taxi ever again and neither will my friends or family .

Sometimes they just dont answer phones or no one shows up after I call. Its really hit or miss with how these taxis follow guidelines. Some have really clean cars while others will have passengers eating food. Not reliable enough for it to be the first taxi I call when I need to be somewhere but at least Ive never been overcharged like other companies.

I called at 1:57 pm, I was told my car would be here within 10-15 minutes. Its 2:03 pm, and the car still hasnt showed. When I called to see where the car was, I got hung up on, and when I called back twice after that, my call was picked up and hung up on. If you cant send a car, say so. Dont tell me youre sending one, and then not send one.

The driver over-charged me $15 just to drove me within 1.6 miles. I complained to the main line and the girl over the phone said shell get the driver to pay me back my money. No-one came back and they stopped answering my call too. Dont ever use thier services ever again.

My husband was a driver for about 6 months. And I must say.. the girls are extremely rude. They hang up on you. And they are racist! My husband depended on his 7 loyal customers to call him for rides. (Those 7 customers used to call company directly until they got fed up with the girls!) The dispatchers never let him have a call, even if he was 1 minute away and he would bid, the driver that’s 3 minutes away would get the call.and when he would call the boss to complain, he would give him the run around.

Just call an ubber way cheaper and better service

I called for a taxi at 9:40pm & no one EVER came to get me 35 minutes later i had to call a different taxi company who came within just 5 minutes. I had just finished working a double at my job, my feet hurt & all i wanted to do is go home. I kept calling them to see where my taxi was & each time was “I’ll send you another one” how many times do you have to say that for a taxi to never come!!! I was crying out of so much frustration & anger. How inconsiderate can you be to your customers!?!?! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AMERICA LATINA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All the drivers are rude, and try to over charge you then have the audacity to get an attitude if you know the exact price to your destination. Please dont subject your self to this subpar service . Fair warning

When you call to find out whats the status on the cab, they just make believe they dont hear you and hang up. I would rate them a zero and continue to use uber and lyft. If you continue to use them, you guys will witness it yourself.

One star because they usually show up in a timely manner (and sometimes two cabs would appear and fight one another). My negative experience with using this service: Drivers are almost always distracted by their phone while texting and calling. At every other trip drivers try to charge an extra dollar and argue about pricing even after I play them a recording of their dispatcher quoting me an exact price. Awful, just awful. From this day on, I will never use America Latina Car Service. Id rather walk than get killed before being ripped off.

They used to be my favorite. I just used their service and had an awful experience. They said it would take 7minutes for the taxi to get to me. I was waiting for my taxi for over an half hour. I called them, they told me he was close. About 15 minutes went by and still no taxi so I called again asking about the taxi. I had somewhere to be. I was very polite with them. The lady hung up in my face! That was very rude. Instead of going to the taxi company to curse them out, I remained calm. Before I could do anything, the taxi came. When I got to my destination, they overcharged me. Ive heard similar stories from several people. I definitely wont be using them again.

I wouldnt give them any stars, this cab company rips you off, overcharges customers by charging different prices for the same route and some of their female staff are straight rude and nasty. Also they should know better when speaking in another language not to talk about the customers while in the car.

My ride from the hospital fell through and I wasn’t able to get any local Nyack cabs. I called America Latina Cab Co and they picked up right away and told me that a car would arrive in 5 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised when the driver showed up within 5 minutes and he knew the route to my house in Hillcrest.The charge was around what I guessed and was very reasonable.My only negative was that the driver was texting while driving - - - kids these days!! lol

Im not sure what American Latino`s hiring process is, but one thing is for sure that SOME of their drivers shouldnt be driving young kids, girls... especially late hours at night...........The most upsetting thing is that when reaching out to management and addressing the issues, seems to be a talking to a wall! #MexicanWall-AND AS OF TODAY 7/9/17 ONE OF THEIR DRIVERS WAS ARRESTED FOR AN ASSAULT ON A PASSENGER

Ive taken their taxis in the past before, and every car, you that I see has some sort of damage on the cars. Their drivers do not drive safely. They dont use their indicators in a timely manner and they dont look left or right when switching lanes. I called just a few minutes ago to speak to the manager and make a complaint, the lady on the phone told me to call the police and told me i had nothing better to do. I will make sure to have the police come to that company. The manager will hear it. The woman will get fired. And the entire company will be shut down as lives are on the road and these people dont even know how to drive properly. This is why people work JOBS and work for someone else. If youre going to be front desk and answer the phone, and youre not a people person, then you shouldnt be at that job.

I have always called this company and I can say calling them are the worst. They ladies there are very mean and disrespectful they hang up on you as u still talking and they dont even call u a taxi to come. At first they were good. Now theyre the worst. One just pick me up and hes so high and I can smell the marijuana in the car. Hes driving reckless and almost kill me twice. Also theyre so expensive charge me $15 dollars from Nanuet train station to Main street Spring Valley to drop off an envelope which someone was already standing on Main Street for it then drop me to Lake St. Im upset because that is a $2 Stop.

Most drivers are ok. Some can text while driving, which makes me feel unsafe, and I had a few that dont stop babbling and annoying me. But overall, they are on time and barely make any problems.

They used to charge me $11 from summit park elementary school to monsey. and now its $15 to monsey. They lie about there price. When I called them they told me $11. How the hell did $11 go up to $15 in 2 weeks. The cab driver was very nasty he was greedy for money. I even called the company in front of him. Nothing was done.that same guy said the price is $15 at first he told me it was $11.

On multiple occasions Ive had drivers show up extremely late. ( an upwards of 45min-1hour AFTER they told me they would be there, causing me to miss a college class) I was new to using a taxi service and it wasnt until the 3rd time using this service that I realized the prices were very inconsistent. Please save yourself the trouble and use ANY other taxi in the area
