The haircut was great as always but the wait is always tremendous even when not busy.

I was super nervous about getting my hair cut short since i have super thick and at the time long hair. Ashley worked with me to get the perfect length, style, and even bangs without looking like a poodle! 😊 I love my short hair even 2 weeks in still not regretting it. The wait was super short. The staff here are great as well.

The Hair cut was just ok the lady spent all of 5 min cutting my hair. She said she was finished and my hair was literally dripping water. I had to ask her the dry it some more and she spent aprox maybe 30 more seconds drying it. I had big wet spots dripping on my top There were no customers waiting behind me ,now I see why. She spent more time trying to sell me some over priced hair product than she did on my hair. I would not go back or recomend anyone going there. At least not to the girl who cut my hair.

This is the only place I am willing to get my hair cut. Tammy is Amazing, as well as the other girls. Always very friendly.. the wait can be long.. but totally worth it.

Online check in... TWICE now have used it and then told I would be waiting an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes after my hair cut time. I checked in and was told it was an hour wait. I showed up an hour later and they told me an additional 20 minutes. It ended up being another 45 minutes because they just had me wait as if I didnt check in. DONT GO HERE if you want to do anything else that day

Girl cut one side of my hair wayyy shorter than the other. Also cut my bangs way too short. I was offered a refund by a kind lady I spoke to over the phone & came in when she said the manager was in but wow the manger is not very nice. Short, rude & pushy. She did give me a refund; which Im grateful for but she wasnt nice from the moment I spoke to her. Poor, unprofessional business.

My kiddos are not fans of hair cuts, but the Stylist that work at this location are so WONDERFUL with them! They kept them engaged in conversation and took the time to explain what they were doing each step of the way. My unhappy to get a hair cut kids walked out of there with smiles.

A lady chopped my hair and i showed her a photo of what i wanted and it didnt even looked like the photo instead my hair looked like a student was handling my hair. I had a very long waisted her now i look like i have a mullet. That place dont deserve any stars not even one.

Open late,Three people working,One cutting hair, two in the back having a BS session.Sat there for over 15 minutes and then the same person that did such a bad job on my hair three years ago still cutting hair.I left without a cut and I will never go back again

Last appt, stylist dove the clipper in and bounced along -could a been a much smoother experience.. Not like they were fighting matted hair...

Went in for just a simple bang trim came out with hacked bangs. I tried to tell the girl to fix it but all she did was argue and act like I should not be telling her how to do it. I will never go there again. They need to stop hiring the hacks and either train the people or test themail before they ever cut a customers hair. WE ARE NOT SUPERCUTS TEST DUMMYS. Do not go there!

Worst haircuts Ive ever gotten period. I went there because my normal place was closed bad haircut. Gave them a second chance took my son bad haircut. Gave them a third chance even worse haircut. So in short never again will I go there

I dont know why I came a second time to this place, the first time I came I was very patient with the lady who was supposed to cut my hair, I guess the manager was helping her and at the end they had me 3 hours waiting so she can give the girl lessons to cut my hair... it was ok bc at the end the manager cut my hair, complaining but did it anyway, I came back bc I did liked my haircut and wanted a trim, I came in and the manager saw me and greeted me and I started waiting, it was supposed to be my turn, but they just ignores me, I know I didnt sign up, but there where other ppl who didnt and she and the other hairdressers took them... I left with my toddler the minute I noticed I was being ignored.... so rude... never coming again!!!!

DONT GO HERE unless you want your hair botched and destroyed! I went in with my hair to my jaw all I wanted was a styled trim she cut off TWO INCHES TOO MUCH and as I was er tears in her chair over what she had done I ended up leaving with a botched freaking pixie as my hair is curly and I couldnt leave it how she had and she wouldnt let me leave until I she convinced me I still need to pay for the horror story on my head
