Trinity Pools completed this beauty in just over 8 weeks from shovel to swim. Flow is awesome, waterfall is sweet and the equipment installed away from the living areas is perfect. Bob’s ability to coordinate and implement the building of our new Trinity swimming pool has been an interesting, impressive, and fascinating journey! The speed with which the whole project from start to finish was, from all my research and personal testimonials, exceptionally quick—about 8 weeks. Bob’s professionalism and work ethic were stellar; he even came to work on Labor Day!! Who does that?!

We moved from Las Vegas and contacted 3 Pool Builders for an estimate and Bob (Trinity Pools) was the only one who answered. We had to wait 5 months due to COVID-19 but let me tell you that the waiting was worth it. Once they started working on it it took them less than 6 weeks to finished. All the workers were on time and very professional and we didn’t have any problems at all. Bob always answered all our questions in time manner. I hired Trinity Pools to build my pool. I knew what I wanted and a price that I was comfortable with. After calling several pool companies only two came out Trinity was one of them. Bob gave me a date of completion 1 month and we were swimming by that. I would recommend Trinity Pools to build my pool if I was to build again.

After reading several reviews I was hesitant to call bob about services. But I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and contacted him to do a resurface job on my inground pool. After contacting him and setting up I an appointment, He missed the first appointment and I received no call. My wife contacted him and got his voicemail, it took him until the next day to respond and we set up a new appointment for which he showed up on time. After starting to drain my pool he asked my wife about the tile being replaced. We had already told him we didn’t want the tile to be replaced we wanted it to go all the way to the top after hearing this he told his helper to remove all the equipment he wasn’t going to do this job and he left with no explanation. In all of the reviews that I read that were negative he found a way to blame the customer.Perhaps he should find a way to blame himself.

I have called and texted Bob multiple times and I received 1 text asking for me to pick out pool style and send to him. After that text, he has gone silent and refuses to return my calls or texts. I know your busy but come on. All I wanted was an estimate for the cost of the pool. Hopefully this review will get Bobs attention. Good luck getting in contact with him. RESPONSE to BOBs reply - Why are you blaming me because you refuse to respond to my request? Your text said nothing about waiting till August or September for a quote (picture attached). Now your insulting my intelligence because I cannot read your mind. Your response speaks volumes about your leadership as a owner. Reviews are there for a reason. If you do not like negative reviews, then hire someone to answer the phone or respond in a timely manner instead of blaming others for your short falls.

They make an appointment for an estimate and never show up or return calls. I took half the day off from work to discuss my pool project with Bob who made the appointment only to get a NO SHOW, AND NO RETURN CALLS. These guys are a big waist of your time and have NO Courtesy. When reading other reviews its clearly a big problem with this company and your waisted time and lost income means absolutely nothing to them. We don’t need your apology, you are definitely the wrong company for our job.I WOULD STAY CLEAR.

Last April I had Trinity refinish our pool, change out the light and convert it to salt water. I was really happy with the price and the job performed so this year I decided to hire them to put a heat pump in. It was done ahead of schedule and looks fantastic. Thank you again for your honesty and professionalism.

I would definitely refer Trinity Pools. My pool was completed way ahead of schedule and turned out gorgeous. Bob always notifies me with their schedule ahead of time so we were prepared. Trinity pools did a fantastic job! Kept me updated through the entire process. If I had any questions or concerns I always had a fast response. I couldn’t believe how quick this process was. Bob and his crew installed an in ground swimming pool at my home and did an exceptional job! Although I couldn’t be home during construction, to be honest, I didn’t even have to be. I reviewed some camera footage from my home and Bob was very particular about the work being done and would get right into the dirty work with his crew. If he used a sub, I saw that he’d come out and check things out to make sure things were done properly. Trinity Pools takes pride in their work and I’m very glad that I chose them! The pool was completed in a timely manner and everything went smoothly. Great job to all involved with the project!

My personal experience was well. Bob worked very hard to meet a schedule for my sons bday, which i did not think was nearly possible. But he was only a couple days days late. With the summer weather, i was surprised he wasnt a couple more weeks out. Like everything with construction, there is always small hiccups, but he does address any concern you may have and will do what he needs to make your vision happen. I especially like how he will give you input and opinions on design, i never thought of some of the small things he brought up to me. I believe the only reason i cant give him a 5 is because i am in construction and i can nit pick the absolute smallest detail. But i have never built a pool either!!! Overall... Bob is very personable and knowledgeable and will work hard to produce your vision! Thank you very much Bob from the Patrick family!!

Robert and his crew did a wonderful job resurfacing our 34‐year old pool. It looks better than new. Our pool was a dirty mess after a year of not maintaining it after we had problems with our well water. They got the job done ahead of the time promised and did the work at a fair price. I highly recommend.

I called to get a quote to have my pool resurfaced, Bob called me right back, came out the next day and gave me a quote and within 2 weeks my pool was beautiful. The guys that came out to do the tile were professional, the guys that came out to resurface it was professional as well. Bob came out and put a new motor on it and got my pool running perfect. He also did all the chemicals. I couldnt have asked for a better company, very fast, very professional and good pricing. thank uou!!!

Bob and his crews are fantastic! This was our first pool building experience, and we had no idea what we were doing. We met with a number of builders who kept saying, Whatever you want is great, which didnt inspire much confidence. Bob and his team had informed opinions, great ideas for the design and layout of the pool, they made the process simple and painless, and a short time later, we were swimming in our beautiful new pool. Requested an appointment for an estimate. I was called later that day and it was scheduled. At this point I am thinking ,great! The problem is, he never showed up. Never called.

We are getting our pool done by this company and they are doing a very unprofessional job. I don’t even know if we are going to be able to swim in it this summer or the next one.

I’m a graphic designer and I wanted to build my dream pool, so I contracted Trinity Pools last November to build a $70,000 pool with smart system. In his contract said that a concrete Pool takes from 6-8 weeks, I’m aware that my Pool is huge, but it’s been almost 5 month and I still have no clue when my pool is going to be done. When we request him the exact date to have it ready last Saturday 03/21 HE TOLD US: “WHEN THE ELECTRICIAN FINISHES NEXT WEEK IT WILL BE DONE (…) DO NOT TEXT ME AGAIN” and he also told us he can make this process 6 month longer “IF I WANT TO”.I made a huge mistake contracting this company whose owner ALWAYS HAS EXCUSES INSTEAD OF SOLUTIONS. Bob Robertson, the owner, doesn’t supervise his employees and rarely came to my house to see the process but he definitely came on time to pick up every check. By the way, he changed his attitude when he received the last check, and that happened more than 1 month ago (02/12).I have all the issues listed below without ATTENTION OR SOLUTION:1- a lot of spots and scratches in the pool finish (They did it 3 weeks ago)2- the spa lights don’t work3- the spa Jets doesn’t work either4- All the pumps and not screwed to the concrete and they make a terrible vibration noise5- unfinished wall: this wall is needed to cover the pool pumps and all the pipes6- the pools Jets are crooked and unleveled, and he said that the only thing he can do it is remove them and leave the big hole in it (smart solution)7- the pavers don’t have enough sand and they used the worst quality sealer (not counting the quality of the pavers)8- the planters are full of concrete9- the pool has different deep as I wanted it to be, and of course, different of the draw we gave him to submit to the countyOF COURSE, IMAGINE ALL THESE ISSUES AND “I CAN NOT TEXT HIM”They left a lot of trash (plastic bottles, cigarettes butts and we DO NOT SMOKE) in our back yard. The front of our house looks terrible now because they used it to go to our back yard (where the pool is), all the grass is destroyed, they broke the county and our neighbor’s sewer pipes, they destroyed all our trees, they also broke one fence post and two caps. He told us “DON’T WORRY ABOUT THE DIRTYNESS OF THE PROCESS, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE WHERE WE PASSED THROUTH” and that was a HUGE LIE.

Trinity Pools, owned by Bob Roberson, did a beautiful job on my pool and screen enclosure. He finished my pool from start to finish in under 6 weeks. Bob was nothing but professional, polite and truly a pleasure to work with.Thank you for everything!!!!!!

Imagine my shock to see my pool on here but not my review. Dean Vegas??? Not at this house! Yes, Trinity Pools did replace my pavers and coping for me. Had I written a review I would have mentioned the chipped tiles under the coping, the uneven coping. A new channel drain that they never bothered to mask off so is now covered with sealed in sand. Two sets of sliding glass door tracks that the sand and sealant had to be chipped out of. Missing grout that was filled in with a different color, the list goes on and on.I guess I’ll never get the invoice for work done that I’ve been asking for since October. I wouldn’t want to claim this shoddy work either.Take down the fake review of my pool. If that review was fake, I wonder how many others are??

I needed repairs done. I was ripped off by another pool company (starts with the letter R). I called trinity. Bob was fast, great work and great prices. Very professional and courteous. I will tell everyone to use Trinity.

Gave Trinity Pools a call this past Monday, 7/29/19, left a message never called back! On 7/30/19 I called again, Bob answered the phone he stated he would have to call back because of some tests he was having done! On 7/31/19 he did call back and we scheduled an appointment for Friday, 8/2/19 for 12 pm. Well here it is 12:45 pm and he never showed, he did not even call with an excuse! So my comment to this company, if this is the way you do business, then I would never trust you to install a pool on my property, this says so much about this business! Cannot be trusted!

Would have been 5 star had damaged door been replaced as promised. Left several messages but never a call back.

I can not say anything good about this because we did not receive any service. We called and made an appt he did not show up no call nothing. We called again giving him the benefit of the doubt since it rained that afternoon. He did call back a day after the second call and did show up said he needed parts and would be back in 2 hours. He did not show up and did not call to say what the problem was and reschedule another time. At this point we told him not to return we would get someone else. I realize people are busy and he may have had bigger jobs but if you do not want to do the job or want more time to get it done a simple communication is all that would be needed. Apparently that is asking too much.

Great communication and friendly they explained everything they do gave me different options to consider they seem very honest and the owner was very quick to response directly at me.

HOMEOWNERS BEWARE!! We hire Trinity Pools to install our pool in August. Once Robert the owner was paid he refused to answer/return our calls or check the job. It took them 3 times to get the electrical passed. We had an electrician tell us the breakers that he used were wrong and dated back to the 90s. Our ground wires were tangled and not hooked up properly. Our hand rail took 4 times to install properly. The pool was leaking 1 1/2 inches of water daily. We had American Leak Detection come check the pool. They found 8 cracks in the concrete and 5 leaks. We had to come out of pocket for them to bandage the cracks. We somehow have to get Trinity Pools out here to fix these leaks. There is a long list of unresolved issues. We paid Trinity Pools $38,000 and still cant get them to come fix anything. Our next step is to hire a lawyer.UPDATE:See Attached Photos.. Trinity Pools FAILED final inspection on 10/27. Handrail is still not fixed after 5 attempts and no alarms installed on doors.Trinity Pools gave us a close date of 9-10 (the LATEST it would take them to finish the pool). The hurricane hit on 9-11 so this would not be the reason the pool took an extra month to complete.Trinity Pools hired Ashley at Magic Pools on 10-3 for one week. The chemicals and salt were not right so we paid her out of pocket to continue her service until the chemical balance was right and salt could be added. A cheap pool vac was provided to us however in our initial agreement we were suppose to receive an automatic pool vac.As you can see from the photos we have several leaks that were BANDAGED TEMPORARILY by a leak detection company. These bandages are extremely noticeable and the company said they offer only a 60 day warranty on them since they are just a quick fix. He stated that Trinity Pools would need to come out and drain the pool some to remove the caulk bandage and properly repair the diamond brite. This would keep the pool from continuing to leak 1 1/2 per day. This was NOT FIXED as Robert is stating.Robert is now saying that he was leaving everything up to Ashley to handle since he is in school everyday.. We were not informed in the beginning that Trinity Pools was a side job for Robert and he would not be overseeing the work. I thought I was hiring a professional pool contractor not a school boy.Trinity Pool said that we were impatient but we have given them almost a month to respond to these issues. We still have no date from Trinity Pools as to when these issues will be fixed or even IF they will be fixed. We will be waiting patiently.

The owner, Bob Roberson, has always been prompt and responsive. I’ve not yet built the pool but am looking forward to working together towards a beautiful pool for my family.
