My builder spoke to the owner Michael and said he could come out the following week. That’s been 3 weeks already. I have called 3 days straight and he’s always at lunch or on another line. I sent emails to him as well without response. I finally called another engineer and they’re coming out this Monday and will get it back to me in 48 hours. Thank you for wasting 3 weeks and over $1k in holding costs when I could have called someone else. I understand he’s likely busy but again a quick response saying to call someone else or to give him more time would have made a big difference

I have known Kelly in the business community for over 2 years now, every encounter with her has been professional, passionate and engaging to provide needed resources and insight for projects and the needs of her clients. She is experienced and knows the process to help you navigate the systems in place to get what you need for your project small or large. I can recommend her without any hesitation.

Paid this company nearly $3,400 for engineering for a garage/addition. The plans were rejected by the building department. I contacted Michael several times and he either blew me off or gave me the run around. This went on month after month after month. Finally after around 5 months of no call backs and no email answers I gave up on them and paid a fraction of the cost to have new plans drew up by another draftsman. Got permits no problem. I second the other review that after they get money they no longer are interested in you. Truly an inspiration on how NOT to run a business.

Ive been familiar with this company for a long time. Rich is responsive and Kelly will do whatever she can to find out answers if she doesnt have them. Every business has challenges, especially in our current environment. But, it doesnt mean the company wont try to do what they can to help you. I would add this company to your list of options/referral sources should you need any of their many services.

I have known Kelly for some time and she is dedicated to superior customer service. Anyone can see her reactions to a problem are quick and if she doesnt have an answer she digs till she finds it, it may be in your favor or not but its the truth.

Had a survey done, they were not only reasonably priced, but got it done in a reasonable time frame, and were very thorough and accurate. A previous survey was done incorrectly and they were able to correct the error and had all the records and proof to backup their survey results. Very professional, very knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!They are the biggest crooks in Spring Hilll. They take your money, promise you bids and guarantee a solid working relationship with youfrom beginning to the end of the project. Kelly lies to your face that all will be fine, and the project is out for bid, and then she totally flat out denys any conversation she has had with you. This went on for an entire year, with no return call from her.We were warned by other contractors not to use this company but we bought Kellys salesmanship from Networking Meetings.Do not put your trust in this company or the other ignorant people that it employs.

This is the worst company that we have deal with, they took our money and never finished the site plan. we called to ask what was going on and Max was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me, definitely not the way to treat a customer and specially when you already took that customer money.This people are the worse. Not professional at all, if you don’t want to have a huge headache take your business to someone else.

Rich and company do a fantastic job. They make sure you fully understand all the plans and if you have any questions they make sure to explain them in a way that you can understand. They make the process easy and stress free. I will refer them at all times.

Their work seems to be good but they have not met one promised deadline yet. If times an issue go somewhere else, they are not worried about the customer. 9 months in..Update:1 year inNothing but complaints from the contractors about their plans. Nobody answers or returns calls. The little man has a horrible attitude problem.
