Dan’s pit stop was highly recommended by my boss. I gave them a try, had a slight problem with an employee. When Dan heard about what happened he got my car back in and fixed her up good as new. Dans did a fantastic job fixing the ac system on my 1991 f150. They converted it to r134a from the old style r12. They refilled it as well. They did all this in one day. Almost every other shop in town was to busy or couldnt work on a system that old. They were honest and didnt try sell me stuff I didnt need

Great service, fair prices. They were community recommended and I am very pleased we went with them for our AC conversion & recharge. We will be going back for our brake job.

Really great service! I came in because my car was squeaking when I accelerate. They checked out the car and made sure the belts were not worn down. I ended up not needing repairs and they quickly diagnosed it for free! Thank you so much Dans pit stop 👍

I took my car in to Dan to get a diagnostic on why my car is leaking oil down the side of the oil pan onto my exhaust causing it to smoke. I was told that I have two leaks which both need repaired, my valve cover gasket and my front main seal. I left my car overnight and ended up paying $130 and some change to do just the front main seal. I picked it up the next day and he says he degreased my engine and cleaned off all the oil oil underneath and they ran it in the parking lot for a hour or so and it wasn’t leaking. I drove it home which is only less than 5 minutes from their shop, and after pulling into my driveway I look under my car and it’s leaking just as bad if not worse than it was before. I mention it to Dan and I bring the car back in leave it overnight for him to check it out. I go the next day and he says I need to get my valve cover done it’s important, so there we go I pay another $470 and some change to get my valve cover done. I go and pick it up a couple days later after Craig supposedly did the valve cover now and I see him cleaning off underneath and he mentions how my car was running for a FEW HOURS and there was no leak at all! I drive it home and sure enough it’s leaving just as bad if not worse! after finally being able to get in contact with the shop I mention the problem and they tell me to bring it back. I leave it there again and they let me come look at the car a few days later to see why it’s still leaking. Dan points out that there is another leak from my oil pan. Keep in mind I just got a brand new oil pan done. Dan mentions that there is 2 oil pans and my lower oil pan is new however my upper oil pan is leaking. Is there even 2 oil pans in a car? Anyways I had enough and I take my car and drive home, which driving home I realize now my car has an annoying squeaking sound coming from the front end like they left something loose because that sound never happened before until driving it home. I paid them $600, just to have the oil problem leak worse, and now I got something loose In the front and it could be dangerous. They had my car for a total of a week and a half and used up more than a half tank of my gas somehow. I highly do not recommend this shop and will be taking my cars elsewhere and also making sure to let people I know not to ever go there so they don’t get scammed like I did

Whether its Steven or Dan who usually work on my cars or any of the other techs or even new guys at the shop they always go above and beyond to take care of me. I send people there anytime my friends have issues because I trust their work and knowledge. With experience as a mechanic myself I know after the work is done they will only be able to drive the car for so long so if anything comes up related to the reason I brought a car after I leave they make it right because they have a GAURANTEE on their work. This is a family oriented shop with the skill of a larger dealership that usually doesnt care much about each individual like these guys do. Both Nevada and Queen locations have these values and skills. You cant go wrong

Go anywhere else, charged me three hours of work when it took only hour and half. Also said was going to refund diag. And never did. Very dishonest.
