Horrible service! Mr. Stotts, despite having over a week to serve my documents, didnt begin attempting service until 2 days prior to when I needed it served. When he did, he attempted service during the middle of the day during the work week. Obviously the attempts were unsuccessful. I had to reschedule my hearing twice because he suddenly took a vacation and was unable to serve timely. Refused to give my money back, stating that he made 5 attempts (unlikely), although, at the time his website stated nothing in regards to a 5 attempt limit. Requested my documents back from Mr. Stotts, and received no response.Update:I recently had another local process server, with the same limited information, complete service twice within 2 days for the same person i employed mr stotts to serve, and for less. Mr Stott makes excuses, others just get it done. You should have given me my money back and my documents at the very least

Mr. Stotts assisted me in serving an individual who was actively avoiding service. Another process server made repeat attempts on the same individual, running up a high bill. Mr. Stotts served the individual on the first attempt, on short notice, and his fee was more than reasonable. Will use Mr. Stotts for all my future process serving needs.
