Postnet is the place to print all sorts of projects, get ideas on projects, and experience great customer service every time! They are quick and efficient! Highly recommend going to Postnet for your printing/creative projects! Such a great family that owns this as well!

I had some cards printed out on cardstock paper, 9 per sheet. I was told they could cut them out for me, and that they had a machine that was accurate and could cut them uniformly, and so there would be no white showing.There is up to 3/16 error between the cards (135 cards in total), both in size, and in cutting off the white of the cardstock.Thankfully these are just prototypes, but even so it was about $30 wasted when I was looking for a professional service, not something much worse than what I could have just done at home.

I was in need of a special post office new mailing program and was totally lost in trying to figure it out on line. I went in and found kathy and her staff smiling, friendly, eager to help and knowledgeable in the info I needed. With gentle patience, kathy walked me through all the steps and recommended some things that enhanced my project. The prices are reasonable but you cant put a price on great service. Go here for all your printing needs. I dont think you will be disappointed.

The staff was friendly enough, but honestly not sure what the point of this store is. I wanted to print out a few items and ship an something. It was over double the price i that I usually pay at the UPS store to print, and almost double what the Post Office charges to ship.

I love working with this place! Every time I bring them something to print, they always go above and beyond my expectations! Kathy recently did a project for me for my moms funeral, and she wasnt 100% pleased with how it first turned out (my bad file and picture), and she took her own time to fix it and make it look beautiful! Thank you guys so much!

I called PostNet and worked with Jill on some business cards. She started working on them right away. After looking at proofs a few times they look GREAT. Start to finish in two hours that is amazing. How could you ask for more.I never even had to leave my house. Thanks Jill..

I have been very happy with the service at Post Net! The employees are very friendly and the service is personalized to my needs. Print prices are competitive and they are easy drop off location for all my Amazon returns. They always respond quickly to my inquiries as well.

I have to say that this PostNet has the best customer service! I went in to mail a Christmas package and the employee advised me that if I was to package it in slightly smaller box I could save a lot of money. I didnt have any other boxes to package this in. So instead of asking me to buy another box from them, which they have many, she offered to cut down my box and repackage it for no extra fee! She did this to save ME money! I will not go anywhere else to mail my packages. Kudos to PostNet, their excellent staff and OUTSTANDING service!

Beware of added prices that you arent told about. I called to ask how much color copies were and was told $.29 each and that I could just email my file and they would print it for me to pick up later. When I went in to pick it up, they had added a $1.50 charge to my 2 copies ($.58) as a fee for downloading my file. Would have been nice to know that upfront. What a ripoff. Wont be back.

Stopped in here to mail an important piece of documentation to my boss. Didn’t have any change and all I had was my card. She said “It’s .70 cents but it has to be $1.00 to charge on a card so you get one on the house today.” I said “It’s ok you can charge my card for $1.00” With a smile she just said no we can afford to give you a stamp. How cool is that? Good old fashion customer service. We have used this location plenty in the past and will continue to do so. Thank you for your position on making a regular experience a GREAT one!

Service was great and my own ignorance caused my bad feeling about the business. I mailed 2 packages at this business because it was more convenient and timely than going to the post office. I expected to pay $2-$3 more per package for this convenience but was shocked to pay $20 plus more for these 2 packages.Bottom line, great for other services but do not mail your packages here unless you want to pay the big bucks.

My company has been shipping FedEx, UPS & USPS using Postnets services since my online shop opened in 2002. The staff is always very pleasant and professional. My shipments are always shipped out on time. My favorite memory is a cold winter day during December and the gals were serving hot chocolate, I think it was for the Christmas season...at any rate, the heater had gone out in my car and I was so cold! I went to the post office In hwy 2 rosaues. And they told me I had to go get my own envelope. Which I thought was odd. Then I asked if I could get a label with the address and return address label . They told me I could write that over on there counter. I asked for a label again . They told me they dont have labels. And the customer service was not appreciated. All I wanted to do was send me son a letter to the Marines.THE WORKERS AT POST NET WINDERMEREDid all that and some for me and helped me out with future letters too. Very nice young people in there . From now on I will always go there for any mailing assistance SUPER COOL. thank you Jennifer Willis

I have gone to Postnet for several of my printing needs for my business in the past year. The staff has been rude and one time employee Lauren asked me to go back behind the counter and cut the DVD cover myself. I went there and paid to have someone skilled and experienced to perform the task. Not to do it myself. Whats worse is I was being charged the wrong rate for the same service five different occasions. It was very misleading when I expected a certain price and came in and the manager charged double what I have always paid. Very unprofessional of Postnet. I do not recommend them.

Terrible online experience! Called ahead and asked how much one color copy with laminate would be and then when I go to lay theres an extra $2 computer fee so a 2.59 job cost 4.50 bc they had to print from file!!! If I could make this ZERO stars I would!!!!!!
