I have worked with John, Becca, and Tim for many years at 2 different businesses. They are friendly and good at what they do. They will go out of their way to help their clients. They have gone above and beyond for us on many occasions.As for the fees, they are worth it in comparison to not being able to serve our clients and their pets.I trust JL Computers and highly recommend them to my business connections in the community.

Very helpful and knowledgeable, was having computer issues and trouble shot the issues for about a week before giving up and took it to them. They fixed my issue before the day was over and got my computer back to me.

This is an honest, local family owned business that I will highly recommend to anyone I know experiencing computer problems. They were able to diagnose my PC issues within 20 minutes and provided accurate price quotes on the different options they could utilize. They had my computer up and running again in 24 hours.

After years of using JL and his services. We decided to go another route. The monthly fee seemed high. He always had an excuse why the new computers he installed didnt work. I finally got someone else to look at my set up for my small business and see what the costs would be for IT support. My mistake not looking earlier. I was being charged triple what the new company quoted. I was also told the server I paid for was more than double what it should have been for a business my size. Service was good when something went down and needed to be repaired, is why three stars is being given, Being overcharged feels like I was taken advantage of because I dont know much about computers. I would not recommend JL for computer service and avoid the monthly monitoring fee.

I have worked with Johnathan for both personal and business computer help. Each experience has been fantastic. He is very prompt to deal with issues at hand and quickly has them resolved. Professionally, he was able to abort a very dangerous virus that had attacked our system. Virtually zero damage was done. We are very thankful for his wisdom.

J L Computers LLC has been there for me and my family. Even though I am not a business, JLC has helped me out with computer issues time and again. Identity theft is a huge deal - JLC helped me by scanning my computers and making sure my identity was uncompromised. JLC did this without a fee simply because they wanted to help out the little guy. I will forever be grateful for this. There have been other times when I thought my computer was a complete loss and a new system was needed. JLC was able to find whatever problems the computer had and fix them. I am still using my old computer. Thank you, JLC, for being there for me.
