I would highly recommend this place! Doug was incredibly kind and patient as it took me 30 minutes to find my paperwork. Once I found my paperwork, I was in and out quickly; highly efficient and clean. I will be coming back for my fingerprints. This place was a lot easier and more convenient than the other drug test places I’ve been to in Spokane.

I had to have a drug test done for the Coast Guard to get my Masters license. I was in a bit of a hurry and these folks delivered. I had my own paper work back from the lab in two days. No doctors office where I live could come close to delivering that fast.The price was great too.I can say without any doubt that the folks here at ARCpoint labs are top notch.

We really appreciate having this facility centrally located in Spokane. They are organized and have a wide variety of panels from which we may choose - project depending. The owner, Doug, and the staff have always been pleasant and professional. Another attribute that I have enjoyed is simply having a question that they may or may not have knowledge of...they are willing to help me out and get answers! That is FANTASITC! The facility itself is modern, fresh, private. Easy parking. Good company to work with.

Due to circumstances, have had to test at a few different labs around the Spokane area, and I can without hesitation say that ARCpoint labs was by far the best experience Ive had. Not only was the facility clean and well kept up, but the staff was awesome! Very welcoming and friendly- to say the least, I will not be going to any other lab but this one!

I think that this Lab is one of the nicest labs Ive been to. Its really clean and professional. Its a one stop shop where you can go for your testing needs. They are a site collector for both Quest and LabCorp. I was pretty impressed. The staff is really friendly and professional.

Arc point is definitely a recommendation for anyone who needs to be drug tested, I had to be tested there every week for three months and every time I went in it was a friendly environment, also a very clean and nice building. I called multiple labs before this one but none beat the professionalism of arc point.

Doug was not only quick in responding to us, but went above and beyond to make sure we had as much information as we might need for any possible scenario. He spent time explaining the options and talking through various aspects of what our company needed. Many other testing labs that we had talked with were happy to do the bare minimum. With ARCPoint, not only did we find a locally owned business to work with, but we got a level of customer service and personalization that no one else offered.

The owner is a jerk and blows through employee s like nothing all about saving a dime not customer caring or friendly may be the cheapest place in town but not worth being treated like a lower class citizen
