Absolutely horrible experience with this company!! Quoted and signed invoice, delivered at quoted rate, then sent an invoice for triple the amount. Zero customer service. And no help or understanding resolving the issue. Avoid company at any cost.

They damage your material and refuse to pay for it, find somebody else that actually cares about getting your stuff to you undamaged and wont treat you like its your fault

Company did not contact myself or spouse to arrange delivery. I have been trying to call them to arrange a delivery for the last week with no response from them.

Its ok .......For shipping to work there thats thats totally different story they dont give u a last paycheck along with if u get injured on the job there the managers get the employees to become harassing and share confidential information with other employees this group is to never be trusted

I can in august 7th for interview got approved did my background check and drug test . Today’s date is sept15 and I get a call from reddaway asking me to redo my background check . We’re is the professionalism exactly . Never have I ever been asked to retake a background for a job I haven’t started yet ever .

Scheduled an appointment with me and never showed or called!!! I called them at the end of the window and they said they werent coming out, my house is too far and they have truck problems, wow!! They didnt even have the decency to call and cancel just plain screwed me. Just the worst shipper ever, they are subbing out my delivery to a mom pop, wonder why

If you ever need to ship LTL please stay away from using Reddaway. Theyre absolutely disorganized and dont know what theyre doing. You can never speak to the same customer service agent twice and getting a straight answer out of them is impossible. I was told by 3 different employees that my order was never picked up. After contacting my vendor not only they picked up the order but it had arrived to the Las Vegas warehouse and I had a tracking number to prove it. For some reason their employees couldnt pull up the address in the system. Their lack of information and miscommunication resulted in my client being extremely upset and me missing my deadlines. They will make promises to get your business but wont deliver as promised. I wish I knew about all the complaints before doing business with them. I tried to reach out to the employee that quoted me and she hasnt bothered to get back to me. What a nightmare. If I knew they would drop the ball and not deliver it as promised I would have arranged my movers to pick up at the local warehouse and deliver it to my client and would have avoided this ordeal.

Worst delivery company EVER!!!! the drivers are liars and told us after numerous attempts at contact that they tried to deliver but made no attempt called us liars when they were called out. The driver then refused to deliver and continued to lie about delivery. We then had to wait 24 hours past our set delivery time and product was needed for event day prior. Communication is the worst. Will not do business with them or any company that uses them.

Dropped my trailer around 12 midday for loading. Told me it will be ready between 7-8 PM. Its is now 10pm and still not ready. They want it delivered in salt lake city by 7am. I guess you can sit on it. One of the worst experiences ever. Poor customer service. Dont ever get a load from here. Now, Im going to sleep and wont move until morning. Ill do them the same way.

Guy from the company calls to setup delivery and i tell him that we are open until 3pm and he says i will tell the driver 4pm and i told him no we are open until 3pm and he continued to say that he will tell his driver 4pm. then he called and said 7am the following morning and no call no show. wont be able to get it to us to monday...
