Anthony was quick, very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He went through so many screens that I had never seen before and finished everything in 45 minutes. I had worked at it for 5 days off and on getting no where. I think he saved my 43 year old marriage!

Asked them or mom rather to trouble a fax machine they it then later it stopped I went and did a few test ended being bad phone line a broken clip.they charged 100$ and said well no refound it working we trouble shot every but have a 30 day warranty.they aslo they cleaned my moms windows 7 computer but didnt Im a computer tech what kinda did you really do to a os that no longer can be updated they seem friendly but if dont any about computer they take advantage of this.

Friendly Computers of Reno has excellent Customer Service. Pauli is wonderful on the phone. They are always willing to help with any problem that you have. I find them to be very professional and completely qualified. They are honest, hard working and they are the best!

My one and only go to when in need of computer support! Always on time keeping their scheduled appointment time if not early! And they have always serviced my computer in a timely fashion. Today Kurtis was my tech to make the service call. Very professional.

Wow, what a fabulous ride! I do not know how i ever lived without this awesome setup and Dan did a great job getting it done! My husband isnt too happy with the $200 external hard drive, but I explained that we no longer need the internals like Carbonite etc. All in all I am extremely happy and ready to get started.
