Our church rented some inflatables from Inflatable Event Professionals and we were SO happy with the quality of customer service we received! Communication was great, all questions were answered, and we received multiple quotes so that we could decide what would be the best fit for our budget. The day of our event was wonderful! Everyone loved the inflatables and had a great time. I witnessed their cleaning procedures and was very impressed with how thorough they were. Everything went smoothly and we will definitely be repeat customers.

The only time I’ve ever rented equipment from a party rental company. But I’m not opposed to doing it again this Year! Since my Youngest son has a birthday in the middle of December, we try to tie his Christmas and Birthday together.My husband and I decided to rent party equipment this year around Christmas for a giant celebration. I would say my son, his siblings, and friends thoroughly enjoyed themselves! We will probably do something similar at the end of 2019!

We used them for a corporate picnic. They were very reasonably priced for our rental of multiple items, but beyond that, they were prompt on arrival, set up exactly as I had requested and ran the inflatable features smoothly to create a fun time for all. They were also quite efficient in their tear down and were out well before the end of our locations rental deadline.

Uh, we were going to hire them. They sent a confirmation to our little girls birthday and they more than doubled the price. Adding a hidden fee of cleaning due to winter lol and a 2 round trip stated at 60 miles away. We are in the next town, only 15 miles away one way. What the ?????? Tons of hidden $ fees, that the woman never told us about while having conversations, discussingblocation &prices. We were cool with the 350, but close to 800 for one childs bouncer rental. Come on. Now its so last minute, were not sure if we can rent one somewhere else.

I have used Inflatable Event Professionals twice. Both times they have went above and beyond to make sure everything was on time and safely in place. The workers who come to set up and take down are also very nice and professional. I will definitely be using them again!

What a terrific experience it was dealing with your company. Your staff was knowledgeable, professional and very patient as we planned a great party. I called several companies regarding rentals, but most of them were booked up completely. IEP had some availability with their equipment rentals, so I decided to order from them. I’m glad I did. The bouncy houses were a blast, the photo booth was easy to use, and the water and dry slides kept all the kids entertained. The price was right to! If you’re looking for last minute party equipment like I was, then I recommend this company wholeheartedly, since they will most likely have what you’re looking for!

Really happy with how positive my experience was through this company. We rented bouncy houses from them for my nephews 5th birthday party. My niece celebrated her 5th birthday party last weekend and my sister ended up renting the equipment from this company for the party. I am an adult and thoroughly enjoyed myself on the bounce house. I cant Giver 5 stars I only had the inflatable for 4 hours I was quoted 6 hours in the price first she told me it would be two hundred bucks I agreed after adding delivery charges set up same day rental Exedra the bill was $395 kids enjoyed jump house but at the end of the day when youre raising 4 kids 395 its the pocketbook

Had a really great experience ordering and using their inflatables. The delivery crew texted us updates and were super nice. We got a lot of bang for our buck and will def use them again. The country club I work at recently hired IEP for a carnival event. We purchased the Kingdom party package and were highly satisfied! We ended up having more people attend than anticipated, so next time well go with a bigger bounce house! But the kids loved the bounce house and the cotton candy machine was a huge hit. 1st off I would like to publicly Apologize to this great company. Do to my own personal reasons I completely forgot to give this company a review my show was in July . I would like to say from start to finish this company was flawless in communication and over all skill and professionalism if i could give them more stars I would. not only did they have the competitor beat in pricing. But Our event was supposed to be a month earlier and sense the venue got shut down I had no clue what I was going to do. I called and explained to Pat and she said its no problem My deposit is good and we can move the date. Called about a week Later and had the event moved from Seattle all the way to Everett. They moved the date out a month and went out to Everett all the way from Spanaway. Ontop of that when they arrived the hose was to short and they went out of their way to go to the store and purchase a 100 foot rope so the show would go on, and stayed tell 2am. Then adding up all the foam that we had purchased verse used pat gave me a call and told me we did not use all the foam we had paid for and would credit me back a portion of my money and did. This was a very professional company and from the phone calls to the face to face meeting all the way to the end of the show they went above and beyond and this is the only company I will deal with again for anything like this for my night life events. or even kids birthdays in the future just on how much they actually do for their customers. They earned all of my future business and the foam party would not have been the same with out you all so THANK YOU IEP! PS. So I ordered a bouncie house and other accessories from IEP for a kids party and they called one hour before delivery to confirm our location. They showed up in a timely manner with a friendly crew. They set it up with block of instructions and said they would be back later for removal. As they showed up after the party we saw them sanitize the bounce house before collapsing it down and folding it a way. I have now use this company for a total of 3 different events and would recommend them and use them again. A company who provides friendly service and appreciates the business. Not one who to be called on and be grumpy for calling. I talked to Pat and she was more then happy to offer all the party supplies they could provide to make our events more then successful Thank you IEP.
