Ive worked closely with Greg Jacobs and Sarah Bradley over the past several years. Both are amazing people that go above and beyond for their customers. Theres a few options out there for PCI compliance and cloud based business needs but its the service and human interaction that separates Viking Cloud from their competitors. These are real people that care about their customers and the businesses they run. I recommend you reach out to them ASAP if youre in the market for these kind of business services.

Never truly helped us be PCI compliant, just had us pay and fed us comments to pass the scan tests. Essentially an insurance company, not a PCI compliance company and luckily we got out before having to test how difficult it is to submit and make good on an insurance claim with them. Would give zero stars if possible. Avoid at all costs.

Their staff never explained to me that by providing my information, it’s a electronically contract I’m signed with them!Few days later, I received their device in few days, and have it installed very soon!Few weeks later, I tried to cancel it because a lot ppl used another provider at a cheaper rate! They not allowed me to cancel; they said I sign a 36-month contract with them! I’m like when!I have tried so many ways to get in touch with whoever handled this issue, the only answer I got from them is it’s a contract I’m signing with them:(

I had nuArx for about 1 years, you can not imagine how many times it will lose connection with WiFi, and I have been contact with the company and they promise me will give me discounts but they never do. At the end I decide to cancel the service and then they told me I signed the 3 years contract , if I want to cancel it, I have to paid for 3 years fee right up front.First of all, I did Not sign any contract with them, and also I do not know there is 3 years contract because I don’t even sign anything.So now I leave the nuArx box on the side, and I have to pay $71.60 per month , which is really ridiculous.And the service is terrible, anyone now who has this service just HAVE Good Luck. Ok
