Rude and unprofessional would give -5 ⭐ but cant. This place is in some serious need of customer service training since they have none. Called with the intent to hire their services since in the area. What i got was a disgruntled and incredibly rude woman when asking information about their services. I tried to brush it off and work through it in order to move forward and reach an agreement. What it did was give this woman the false notion that she could continue being rude and condescending. I tried to politely speak to her in Spanish since it seemed she was having trouble speaking in English. But this did nothing and was rude and unprofessional in both English and Spanish. I finally decided to cut my losses, apologized to her and let her know i would be going with my services elsewhere. I offered her input and humbly advised her to have a little more patience with her customers next time, since they are more than likely just gathering information in order to continue using their services. Was not done speaking when she angrily hung up on me. Called elsewhere and got the same services at about half the price with triple the quality in customer service.
