I used Viewpoint events for my wedding rentals. They were incredible! 6 months prior to the wedding, I started emailing with Laura about needing help for styling the event- casual boho chic meets rustic. She gave me the idea for rugs and pillows for seating, a lounge area for the reception, farm tables. From the beginning, they were willing to accommodate my crazy requests- like walking 350 meters to deliver/set up the items for a VERY reasonable price. I changed my order about 8 times (bride brain!!), and she was always understand about the changes and willing to accommodate them! I wanted to rent a dance floor, but they did not have one, but she helped me come up with an alternative idea that worked even better. Only reason they didnt get 5 stars was because I was told delivery would be between 8-9am, and it arrived around 9:45. Because she does ALL communication via email, we had no phone number available to check the status of the delivery when it was late that morning. My only wish was that she would do more phone communication, because sometimes email takes days to get a response. Overall though, incredible company and I will continue to recommend them to anyone in the Santa Cruz area looking for beautiful unique rentals.
