EverPresent was a pleasure to work with. I waited too long and needed a last-minute digitizing before Christmas and they were expedient and got it done for me! Really appreciate how simple it is and how seemly pick-up and drop-off were. I would definitely recommend using them for digitizing your older cassettes into DVDs or into the DropBox!

I got 11 home video tapes digitized. It took about 7 weeks and the total price was $253 -- definitely not cheap but worth it for a company I can trust, 20 hours of family memories, and not having to do it myself.

I chose digital-only which was significantly cheaper than the other options. The process takes several weeks, but there was good communications as the tapes were evaluated (they tell you if anything is damaged, blank, or cant be converted), and again as scans were near completion. Site was easy to access and had good download bandwidth. Scans seem to be decent resolution and files sized were quite moderate, about 1.5 Gb for a miniDV tape. Tapes were returned with new labels matching the file names of the scan. Id use them again.

Found a 35 yrs old tape cassette of my father talking and they were able to transfer to Dvd and make copies for my family. Great job and thanks!
