Zack and his crew were great. I had a large pine removed from my backyard that was in poor health. They arrived right on time. I appreciated that they took their time with the process and did not rush. Everything was removed as agreed upon and all debris from the yard as well as the street were spotless. It is hard to find good help these days, and I am glad I was able to come across their services. Would definitely use them again in the future if need be.

Sciuto Tree provided excellent service. We have three mature oak trees in our backyard that needed dead wood removed and a multi-trunk hemlock that needed one trunk removed and the remaining two be cabled. We received proposals from three companies. Sciuto Tree’s proposal was the most detailed. It included a Google map satellite view identifying each tree within the neighborhood canopy and an itemized list of what needed to be done to each tree. Their approach was a low impact, noninvasive and included no heavy equipment or machinery. They arrived on time, worked quietly and did not damage a single tree, shrub or plant in our yard. We highly recommend Sciuto Tree and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I am so glad I found this company! They did absolutely everything we asked, gave us good advice where we werent sure, were a pleasure to be around, cleaned up almost obsessively, and were quite a lot less expensive than the big name companies weve used in the past. Simple as that.

In every way and more we are completely satisfied with Sciuto Tree: Zack and his crew. We found this company as they were doing work in a neighboring yard working on a tree that also overhung to our yard. After completing the neighbor’s work, they took care of the overhang for us. Then he did an assessment of other work we needed and we got the estimate that very same evening. Zack’s estimate was clear and detailed and for some items we requested two estimates, as we weren’t sure which way we were going to go and he clearly specified each option. Zack also had great advice and very reasonable prices and responded quickly to setting up dates to do the work. When he needed to adjust the time and also add in more time (for weather and finishing work), the communication was excellent. They came and removed trees, trimmed trees and shrubs and removed and filled in stumps. Their work was exellent. They were safety- minded, friendly and efficient, including impeccable cleanup. There were some very tight spots and they made a difficult job seem effortless and didn’t disturb any of the surrounding trees and bushes and houses. The team is highly professional and skilled in all aspects of the varied work performed and they were here on a very hot day. Zack and Sciuto Tree Company surpassed my high standards and expectations.

Zack was very accommodating with our time. He did a wonderful job and left the yard clean. Pricing was reasonable and he is very responsive. He also gave us a few suggestions on trees to plant in our yard.

Outstanding. A small business with skill and integrity. We had a large tree in a tough spot that needed to go and looked at a few companies. The big guys in town wanted to make a Broadway production out of things with a crane, police detail and street closure. They also said all surrounding plantings would be destroyed during the job and they wouldn’t be responsible. Then I brought in Zack and he offered to do it all by hand (a team of 4) and take care of the plantings. The entire thing was done in two days - all plantings safe and the worksite cleaned up nicely. Very impressed!

We looked at several tree removal and trimming companies. We chose Scuito tree and are very glad we did. Great group that do great work. Would highly recommend as a tree servicing company. We had a very hard to access and very large tree +40 feet, that needed removal and needed to be removed without a truck. Zach and company were able to get it down safely with use of ropes and skill. Would 100% hire them again

A tree in my backyard had fallen; it was hung up on another tree and precariously hovering over my neighbors fence. To complicate matters, the tree edged a deep ravine. Zack evaluated the situation; he and his team executed a clean, safe, expert removal on one of the hottest days of the summer. I highly recommend Sciuto Tree. It was easy to schedule an initial appointment for Zack to come out to see our 3 dead, and one-downed, trees and he provided an estimate to us within the day. It was again easy to schedule a time for Zack and his team to come out and remove 3 dead trees (which were precariously situated next to power lines) and one very large downed tree in our backyard. They completed all of that work in just one day and left our yard in great shape. Zack was responsive, professional and great to work with.

Zack was great. He came out and gave a fair quote to trim a cedar and to clear some dead wood on a maple tree. He arrived to do the work on time and did a fine job. We discussed future work on our lilacs and dogwoods. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him to others.

We needed some big limbs cut back from our home. I wanted to use local Somerville people so called Zack Sciuto to give us a quote. He came right away, quoted the job, and working around our schedule brought his equipment and team to take care of the limbs. He and his team are young professional people and they did a great job at a great price! And cleaned up all of the leaves and debris! Great job Team Sciuto! Also I have a city tree that was damaged, a large portion of the tree did not bud last year or this spring, he gave me solid advice on how to care for it! Thank you Zack!

We hired Zach to remove a dead tree that was leaning towards our home and cut back some branches overhanging our shed & home. Zach went above and beyond the call of duty, cutting additional branches that needed pruning. His price was super fair, his communication was good, he showed up on time and he put all of his effort into the project. Its not possible to give this guy anything but 5 stars. Great job.

Zack was very professional, responsive and easy to communicate with. His team was able to trim back a large tree in my backyard and remove a stump all for a reasonable price and in a quick turnaround.

Zach came out on Sunday to give me an estimate. He was extremely reasonable. I hired him to do the job within several hours. We had several large oaks near the house that needed to be taken down. Access was limited, so I couldnt have any large vehicles or bucket trucks etc. He showed up on Thursday to do the job. I came home to find that all of my trees had been dropped, yard completely clean, and all the trees cut to firewood length. I am looking forward to using him again.

Very friendly, professional, and safety conscious. I hired Zack to cut down approximately 10 medium to large branches overhanging my house about 50 ft high with little room for error. One mistake could have taken out the house or the fence and all went well and his price was reasonable. I will hire Sciuto Tree in the future.

Zero Stars if it let me. The best time to use the tree guys is in the winter. Their prices are ridiculous in the summer. The reviews keeps on being deleted. It wouldn’t be of help to anyone if I wasn’t honest. That treeguy is an example of the poor mannered people that don’t keep their word.and perform tree work. The treeguy gave me a high quote for simple work in the winter. The treeguy followed thru a couple times. I let the treeguy know I wasn’t ready. No follow thru. I e mailed the tree guy a few months following the spring. The treeguy came out in person to give me an updated estimate and the price was different. Upon following thru with the treeguy to leave out a couple of trees, the treeguy dropped the price and mumbled that I usually don’t come out for that price. The treeguy emailed a proposal. Upon discovering it was in incorrect order I immediately e mailed the tree guy but to no avail. Suddenly after a few months went buy I get a contradictory e mail that the treeguy doesn’t want to do business with me blah blah. It’s his loss for simple and staightforward treework. I dread dealing with these annoying and CHEAP tree guys. I wouldn’t hire scuito tree in the winter when they are desperate. Not good. The treeguy also doesn’t have a chipper and truck. The treeguy asked me if he could dispose of his debris in the recycling bin.

When he give you discount and ask to leave all the woods. Do not agree that, they will leave you all big woods for you because they are lazy to cut small piecesfrom the beginning, they will say that cut small pieces for you but they won’t, dont believe them
