Steven and his crew from Superior Tree replied within a good time frame. He was able to come to our house in Keyport NJ and give us a great estimate so we decided to have him take down a massive tree after a couple other estimates he was the guy to hire! He did a great job cutting down our tree and grinding the stomp. Now our yard looks bigger but still got a couple more trees to go. Superior Tree Service did a great job removing two very big trees from my yard. This job was extremely challenging that a number of other tree companies wouldn’t even take the job. Steve not only took the job but managed the tree removal process with precision. Honestly, I was amazed that nothing was damaged considering how tight the area was that Steve had to work within. These guys are fantastic. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. Extremely friendly and professional. Took a huge dead tree down in my yard in a timely manner and prices were the best I got. Will be using them again in the future and recomend them highly!

The literal worst. I don’t usually write reviews for things but this guy and his company were actually the worst experience for any kind of service we’ve ever had. They only accepted cash and demanded that we pay them in full before they completed the job. BIG MISTAKE!!!! Not only did they damage our property while cutting our trees, he never came to pick them up. The trees and wood chips have literally been in our yard for weeks and now we have to somehow cut the wood ourselves and figure out where to properly dispose of it. He ignored our calls at least 15-20 times (yes, actually that many times) after leaving the job unfinished, and then, the most unbelievable thing was that he acted like he didn’t know who we were when we confronted him in person. Save your money and go somewhere where they actually respect you and your business. We are looking into taking legal action against him as well.

I had high hopes for this guy. Hes a small business owner like me.He started out ok but quickly started going down hill. He damaged the property of both of my neighbors. The police were called by one of my neighbors and he never returned to grind the 3 stumps despite being paid in full.Hes a likeable guy, He promises a lot and delivers less.Use ANYBODY else

Had an 80 foot tree cut down but the original company who cut it down couldn’t remove it. Steven and Patrick took down two trees for us. They came on time, moved things as needed, did a quality job cutting trees and cleaning up. Very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

We hired Steve based on his sweet talk and promise to do do the job correctly, however our experience was far from perfect. We were originally scheduled to do the job on Sunday, We specifically asked him that any other day would not work for us. Steve decided to show up a day early because it suit his convenience.He damaged our property (Screen porch) in our absence and tried to hide the issue by using the scotch tape. When i brought it to his attention, he would not accept his mistake and when i showed him the proof of scotch tape he would say oh my car got into an accident and i can not drive to fix it.I have noticed he as lied on several occasion. His job or his conduct was not professional, i am in the process of escalating the matter and making sure he lose his licence so that no other homeowner in new jersey / PA are will have go through what we suffered. Please find someone else for your job and protect your property. If for some reason you decide to go with him, make sure you do not make any cash payment. Have proof of payment and take pictures of your property before and after.

This by far is a very inconvenient tree service. I would not recommend this company for anyone. My in-laws hired this tree guy to do a job and they DESTROYED her house and neighbors yard. Left a mess. Cleaned nothing.

Steve and company came over a month ago.Said he’d be back to finish the job .Left branches in the power lines and logs on my neighbors lawn.Finally came back and cleaned up over a week later.I’m still waiting for the stump to be taken care of.I keep getting the run around, always an excuse . Always another day. It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for them to finish the job.
