Need a new computer cord for power supply that I had damaged called them up and he told me come right over. I Headed right over and when I got there I realized I didn’t have any cash on me I offered to pay with a debit card even though it was only five bucks he told me don’t even worry about it right now and just drop it back when I could drive back bye. I’ll be making sure to be back by this evening or tomorrow considering I’m not far at all. And if you need your computer serviced def come and give em try. With real people comes real quality work. I went there with a big ol alein ware pc that would start up work for 15 minutes and shut itslef off. Told them of the problem and let them work. They said they had gotten it running and working fine and they saw no more problems with it I paid them around 80 dollars which is what they said it took to fix it, went home and within 10 minutes the pc shut itslef down and wouldnt start back up. Literally lied to me and took my money.Also fairly certian they are actively taking down negitive reveiws. Hope you get to see this

I couldnt have asked for a better customer service/tech experience. Price point was excellent, both individuals were kind and courteous, and my computer was serviced extremely fast. This place has been nothing but a Positive for me. Ive picked the Owners Brain many times and both wife and her husband have been nothing but helpful to me. About 3 Yrs ago the Power Supply in my Computer crapped out and he replaced it with a new one for 50 Bucks. Just had the same 8 yr old Dell Desktop upgraded from Windows 7 to 10 and so far so good. Saved Hundreds not having to replace with New Tower. Every bit of info i had saved on Windows 7 was transferred over to Windows 10. All Apps, Shortcuts, Pictures, Saved Passwords, all the info i had stored. Even reloaded my Norton Virus Protection. Computer Speed good if not better then 7. Prices have aways been fare. You cant go wrong. Sometimes its just best to hire a Pro.

I have gone to WaveOne twice now in an extreme panic. Once when the hard drive on my computer crashed and once when everything from my phone was deleted...yes, even the last three years of pictures of my babies. 😥 Both times, Jodie totally saved the day by restoring what was lost!!!!!! 😊😊😊 Both she and her husband are very kind, helpful, and professional. I probably call Jodie at least once every couple of weeks and shes always been very patient and very helpful and if its something she cant fix over the phone Matt will come right in. Not only are they brilliant at repairing computers, I can personally attest to the fact that they are kind, patient and very fair in their business practice. When I was visiting my sister in FL recently, something happened to her computer. After taking it to her own computer person, it still didnt work right. I have been doing business with Matt Fernandes for all of my computer and networking needs since the founding of this company. It is often difficult or impossible to improve upon excellent and that is just what has occurred here. With the growth of the company and the addition of Jodie (Matts wife) there is NO better experience in dealing with kind and articulate professional help. Im a Mac user and was pleased to learn of Jodies expertise in handling issues with Macs. Trust me - you do want to go to Wave One before even thinking of going to the Apple store.When I have had issues I KNOW and feel confident that the matter WILL be resolved at Wave One. Also the courteous service includes constant contact with updates concerning the process, and BEST of all Wave One is by far VERY reasonable in cost for the service and consult that they provide.Anyone that says anything negative about these very fine people and this business is delusional or has a personal vendetta.If you have an issue with your computer (including Macs!!) you MUST go to Wave One. Its NOT even debatable.

I went to Waveone to have my laptop repaired. The lady who works there is named Jodie Fernandes. She is one of the rudest women i have ever meet. I asked her a few simple questions as i am not to savy with computers and she said to me, maybe you should just give up on computers because you have no clue how to use one. I am 64yrs old and i do my best with what i know. She also told me how much she hates to work on anyones computer older then 60yrs old , She said we ask to many Questions.She also told me it would cost around $75.00 to fix and then when i went to pick the laptop up it was DOUBLE the price $150.00. BEWARE stay far away from this place. They are rude and WILL not help the elderly at all.
