I have been working with all types of retouchers for over 30 years and ProImageExperts are by far the best that I have ever worked with. If you are looking for professional retouchers that will blow it out of the water for you, then you need to work with ProImageExperts!

When I sent the pictures to be edited I asked if it was possible to make them unpixilated and better quality resolution, the team said they could but evidently this wasnt possible as the pictures I was sent back looked the same just lightened up....which does not fix the issue.I paid for a service which the team said they could accomplish (in the earlier emails) but unfortunately have not.So I asked for a refund as I cannot use the phots and therefore asking for a refund is unsurprising, however, they declined even though they did not accomplish the task I paid them to do.I then sent them The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that services must be provided with reasonable care and skill.They did not use reasonable care and skill when they provided this service and have not completed the service they were paid to do.They still have declined to do anything and I genuinely am appalled by this. If the job was not possible they should not have said they could do it and allowed me to pay them for it. If they had realised they couldnt do the job and at least refunded me my money I would not be taking this any further because at least they resolved the issue.So I genuinely am very unhappy with this order and will be taking matters further. Do not use this site for editing images. They are unprofessional and cannot do the job they say they can do and are getting paid to do.

First of all, these people are based in India, NOT Ohio. Additionally, they are a terrible team that is consistently late at delivering files and the quality is low. Do not use these retouchers!

I sent in high quality raw images for Studio Retouch. Proimageexperts returned grainy images, as you can see in this photo, it looks like old newspaper filter or something. I asked them to fix this photo quality issue. After asking 3 times to correct grainy images, Proimageexperts sent another grainy batch saying thats the best they can do. Unfortunately, as a customer that means I paid to have my photos look worse than the original raw images. I cant print grainy photos. The only reason I gave two stars vs. one is because the customer service agent Roy was professional and conveyed issues to his team. However, they dont seem to know how not to make the images grainy, which should be a pretty basic skill especially if the original images were not grainy....I plan on asking for a refund.
