Nicole and Shelly delivered excellent customer service, they were both kind and super helpful. We needed help to ship fish and they guided us thru the whole process! And they have a freezer to keep the fish which was incredibly helpful since we are flying out tomorrow and the package will be sent out on Monday. Nicole and Shelly you are our angels for today. Had a super experience. Woman at the counter was friendly af, and quite knowledgeable. Had them package and ship a delicate item - and they were very helpful with pricing options. Received the item quickly, meticulously packaged. And I think they actually did a minor repair on the item prior to shipping which was amazing and kind. Also very quick to share cost of shipping fish, and the changes involved due to covid. Amazing Soldotna team!!

Amazing! Had to drive over from Seward to return a couple tires that Amazon messed up on, and once again Amazon had messed up and only gave me one return label for two tires. The nice ladies working there fixed it all for me on Amazon, and got them shipped for me! Best customer service!

Staff was friendly and had a very cute office dog. However, they charged a $5 printing fee even if you just get 1 or 2 pages printed. Each page printed is .18 cents on top of that fee. Giant rip off! Just head over the public library if you want reasonable rates. I wont be coming here again for any kind of printing.

They have great service and are family friendly. They are fast and answer all questions that we had. They ship fish and they go through how to insure the box your shipping. They are better then FedEx and this is my go to place when I ship boxes especially with perishables.

This review is long overdue! Back in July I had my toolbox from work and a few very sentimental items shipped to San Antonio Texas. Quin was helping me with these items and I made him aware that they were very special items to me. I do believe I got exvellent pricing and the items made them to Texas in perfect condition! I want to commend the crew at Soldotna UPS Packaging store for their professionalism and prompt service! If you are looking For someone to ship anything I would for sure check them out and with out a douvt trust them to get your shipment to its destination in perfect undamaged condition!
