Cuts and meat came out great. My family friends and I took 3 elk to him this year and we are all very pleased. Good people, good work, and good pricing.

Givem 400lbs and get back 150lbs, and ya dont get your bones back nor do they cut stakes with bone in.If you ask how many lbs they are giving you back? They say I dont know? We dont weigh you return meat.All they did was serloin, tenderloins and hamburger. ?????This accounts for the 4 other elk from our camp.They wont get our beef.

The best wild game butcher, he makes the best summer sausage. I also had the breakfast sausage and it tasted wonderful.
