I am so thankful for PostNet. They make mailing packages, especially with prepaid labels, super easy. Great service - They are patient even when you dont have the label or come fully taped up. I will definitely go to them for any shipping needs as they support all carriers - UPS/USPS/FedEx/DHL.

First time ever making business cards and they were super helpful. I did it through their website asking for a quote and they called me within the hour and had my cards by next week. Very much recommend and will go back to get more business cards when the time comes.

Ive been a customer of theirs for 2 years for mail service. I absolutely love them. Theyre professional, they know me by sight, and Ive never had any issues whatsoever. I ended up here after the one in Lake Stevens went out of business overnight and I am SO GLAD I did - this branch is so much better.

Super permissive toward anti mask culture, encouraging people to enter the store without masks. I’ll never go here again. Seeing what they’re ok with here reveals the true nature of the organization. Even once a vaccine is in circulation, I’ll remember that this spot was openly on the wrong side of history, actively promoting the spread of Covid, and will never use this spot again.

3 times the rate to ship out at Postnet then anywhere else AND SLOWER then the post office!! I’ve literally had better and 20 times faster service from an 8 year old running his parents gift shop.

This location is amazing! They are super quick with responding to emails and asking all the right questions to make sure your prints are just how you want them! They are really quick with their prints too! I send off a 60-100 print job on Monday and pick them up on Tuesday if not Monday night! Really lucky to have them right next to my work!100% recommend them to any local business or a personal need!

Super customer service. Hal and Diana really wanted to help me and even showed me a few tips to make it easier and cheaper for printing off copies next time. The color copies on card stock were beautifully printed.

These people are of utmost generous business people!!! They gladly tape up, print labels and secure your items for shipping.. very friendly and never say no.. pleasant atmosphere and all around genuine people with wonderful experience each time I use their services. 5 stars! Easily!

Terrible customer service. Basically threw away or lost a stack of my mail. Didnt care at all that they lost my package.I originally opened up a private mailbox in the Lake Stevens Post Net. One day I showed up to pick up my mail only to find that the store had been shut down and my mail had been forwarded to the Snohomish Post Net. Thats when the headaches and nightmares began. I went in several times to get my mail only to be told that the Post Office was holding my mail and there wasnt anything Post Net could do to help. I told the employees that I wanted a refund because I do not live in Snohomish and I didnt want to have to drive to grab my mail. (Still waiting on my refund)A month later I receive a call that they have some of my mail. However, when I showed up to grab it no one seemed to know or care where my mail was. They assured me though that they would find it at some point. When I came back a week later I was told that they had a package for me. When I asked them to go grab it they again had no idea where it was and kept insisting that my wife must have gotten it. My wife has medical issues that prevent her from driving. When I informed them that there was no chance that my wife had come in they had no interest in looking for my stuff.They were unable to find where they put my package but they did find a small stack of my mail. Interesting that in the months worth of mail they had there wasnt a single coupon book, flyer, or ad its almost like they picked through my mail and decided what was junk and threw it away. They have no right to throw away my mail. It doesnt matter if its junk mail or not they should NOT have the right to throw away my mail.Snohomish Post Net has no interest in taking care of its mistakes and didnt seem to care. I will NOT do business with Post Net ever again.

They have horrible hours and the employees are all awkward and nonverbal but at least your packages will be safe!

Poor customer service by the girl working this morning

He was evicted by the Sherriff, yet contends this was a lease negotiation. Now, our mail cant be delivered to us and is being returned to sender. Harold (Hal) Kim is a fraud, a liar, and a criminal. Hes assured us that hell email us with a plan to get our mail, but he only provides lip service.
