Hanah did my nails. She has the best customer service I’ve ever received from a nail shop. She did an amazing job on both of baby and I pedicures. However, they did take from 3pm til 6:30p. We got basic pedicures. He got a manicure and I got a full set. We spent roughly $250, which was cheaper than what we’ve paid previously. I absolutely love my nails, but you have to have what you want done if you’re going for unorthodox style like mines.

These ladies did an excellent job! We are in from out of town and I wish they were located where I live! They are very professional, very clean, continuous of your satisfaction, needs and wants. They are greatful of your business and make you feel appreciated! They also do a great job and provide a great quality result!

This place did exactly what I wanted! It was my first time getting almond nails and I am super picky but she did amazing!! The sweetest lady Hannah did my nails and she’s actually the new manger. This place was taken over from another lady about we week ago so!10/10 recommend, fast service and beautiful nails :)

The best experience I’ve had in a long time. Peter, Ava and Katy were professional and displayed a lot of patience with me. This was the first time I was able to get a pedicure and manicure since a joint fusion surgery. I made them aware of my limitations and they all said no problem, just relax. Peter gives the best foot and leg massage!! Very pleased and highly recommend you pay them a visit.

Went in for a Peti and they rushed me out of there,didnt even go through the full process of the basic peti and charged me 40 dollars after telling me they didnt tell me they only took Venmo and Cash! On top of that all nail polish was old and out dated! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER!!!

After another salon botched my fill, I stopped in to get a color change and pedi. The manager Avon is super nice, and Kati is too! They engage you in conversation. Overall pricing is equivalent to most other shops in the area, place is clean and service was expeditious!

Very overpriced and uneven fat acrylic nails. I went in for a acrylic fill in and trim got charged $60 when I paid $30 for the original service(New set of acrylic nails) somewhere else. I would have just gone to my original salon in Brentwood and gotten a new set of dip nails for $10 more. I’m very disappointed. I‘m not going back.

I love coming to LA nails in Smyrna.The owner it is super nice, her daughter is sweet and her mother is very nice.They are family oriented and I like that kind of atmosphere.She will always will give you what you want, she will always fix her work(if needed) and she guarantees her work.I’ve never went anywhere else in the 10 months I’ve lived here and I will not go anywhere else.I love coming here and she does a fantastic job.

I have been going to this place for years. I actually came to a point for a while where I did not get my nails done about 2 years and I walked in and they still remembered me and my daughter and they are so polite. This is a family owned business and they all work very hard to give the best service I have never had a bad experience. Go here and u will be family and get great customer service.

In less than a week my gel polish started chipping and 2 nails lifted up and completely came off. The owner said she will repair this time but not again. I told her you need to honor your work I didnt pay $50 for this to happen & I told her I want be back again!

Would not recommend this place. Did horrible job on my fill-in, and then over charged me for it. I see why no one was in the shop when I came because they do horrible work. If you want good work, don’t go here!

NEVER GO THERE !!! I should have listened to reviews !! Took almost 2 hours for a simple gel manicure. Charged me $55 because the color I picked was $20 extra and said they THOUGHT I KNEW when I was asked THREE TIMES was it my FIRST TIME there. No massage of hands included. I have glitter still all over my cuticles and no oil. NEVER NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!

I went in for a dip manicure. The lady said they do it. She stayed with the dip then finished with Gel. I told her I didnt want gel. She said it would be just the same and works fine. I was hesitant but had already spent an hour there. That night the gel started to bubble and literally peeled right off. When I went back to let her know and ask for a refund she argue with me saying she could have redone the gel. She refused to give me my money back and I was not about to sit there again while she repeated something I didnt want in the first place. Horrible place.

My regular nail place was full. Went to this awful place. Very unprofessional. The older lady told me that they were usually full at this time of day. Young girl unfriendly. Only one drying station. So unprofessional. Someone needs to shut this place down. Sign out side stated fill in $14.00, my tab was $18.00 will not be going back. They didnt even have paper towels to dry your hands after you washed them. They had napkins from the Dollar Tree. Sorry as hell.

I visited this nail spa since I was in the area. This was my very first time and it will definitely be the LAST! I received shellac polish on my acrylic nails, like I always do wherever I visit. The young girl that painted my nails was very sloppy. I had clear gel polish on my skin. I was charged $40 for a fill-in with shellac polish and I gave a $7 tip (which I regret now). Less than one hour after leaving this place my nail chipped. I went back and showed them where it chipped, showed them where parts of my nail on other fingers werent even polished! ( on the side of my nails you could see the acrylic, where she hadnt put any polish!) They corrected it at no charge.The very next day, (today) I get work and start typing, and my nail polish chips on a different finger. Ive never had this happen before right after getting my nails done. I refuse to go back. Ill just go to another nail spa, pay an additional $25 to get my nails repainted. This is ridiculous! Everyone at LA Nails was nice, except the young girl that painted my nails. Once its all said and done Ill be out of $75 just for a fill-in with shellac polish. I wouldnt recommend this nail salon to anyone who gets their nails done regularly.

This place is terrible!! Worst experience ever and will not return. Cut three times from the drill they use during a full set. The lady doing my nails stopped to talk to another client and had me waiting 20-30 minutes..The overall service was rushed, uprofessional, and overpriced. Seeing all the bad reviews this place needs to be shut down!

I got the coffin nail style, gel polish set. The nails after they were applied were not shaped properly. I didnt liked what they did. I will not be going back. My pedicure was too short because my feet did not soak in the basin long enough to get all the dead skin layers off. I could have done this at home. I will not be going back.

Manicure was just alright. But my issue is this: I was given a $30 gift certificate four months ago, but had a baby and havent been out too much since. Finally go to treat myself, and at the end they point to the text on the gift certificate that says it expires in 90 days. Since when does cash expire?? I could understand if it was good for one manicure because prices change over time, but cash was paid for it, it should be good forever. They ended up charging me $40 for a gel manicure. Is it just me or is that a lot? I feel like they overcharged me (their prices arent listed anywhere) just because of this gift certificate issue. Argued for 15 minutes, with other girls in the shop agreeing with me, before she finally accepted it.Avoid this place and their sheisty business practices.

First time and bad experience the lady left glue all over my fingers and the way she painted my nails was terrible also the shape of my nails was really bad. I suggest not to get your nails done

I think I had the same older lady that someone else mentioned. Worse pedicure ever. I even explained I was looking for a new place since my old one changed ownership. Cutical removal was so bad. She barely took anything off. When I asked her to fix she took a bit more off one of my big toes but was clearly not happy with me for asking. Keep the search going for a new place!

Charged me $7 bucks to take off shellac nail polish after it chipped. Got put on on a Saturday was back Monday to fix a chip in 3 nails, by the following Monday which would be exactly 9 days the same nails and 3 more had chipped. I paid $37 for polish that should have lasted 2 week but didnt. Lesson learned!

This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional. The staff is super rude and the products they use are expired and cheap. I came here before my class to get my nails done and that afternoon they looked fine. However, the very next morning I woke up and I noticed my nails had started to change colors. This has never happened to me before so I thought it was kinda odd and then the color kept getting lighter throughout the day. After a few days the color looked terrible. It looked super messy and so atrociously done. I called them to ask if I could get them redone but they refused because I didnt call them the day after. It hasnt even been a week. I am a college student that doesnt have all the time in the day to be worried about something that they SHOULD do when Im worrying about other matters in my life. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I advised all my friends and all my family to avoid this place at all costs. I paid $25 for a crappy, unprofessional salon that doesnt offer customer satisfaction to their customers. I dont understand why this place is still in business.

Ive went here a few times and everytime i went there the lady always cut me. I would not be going back there again. And they always over charge i would not recommend this place to anyone.
