Great Service! Reliable and affordable. After waiting hours on the towing service that’s provided with my insurance company. I became frustrated & googled mobile tire services. I’m glad I found I&I Mobile Tire. Wait time was about 1.5 hours but considering I could get my tire replaced on the spot & go home. I highly recommend this company & mobile tire service.

Pro: Easy, quick tire patch not plug for $25. Con: Long line and long wait due to the fact that there is one person performing all of the work.I would go back if I need a quick and affordable solution.

Thee worst Customer service ever! If I could give zero stars I would. The man who was there when I needed service was Rude and very disrespectful to say the least. I asked politely twice where would he like me to pull up for air? I was ignored twice Then yelled at!I was told that he was the only person working and I was rude for asking for service! Umm excuse me but you are at work to provide service for tires!!!! I wasnt asking to feed me dinner! You choose to work there in this hot water! Not me. I will never go here again! And I think they charge $5 for air!

Put a decently used tire on my car quickly and with good customer service

I had a horrible experience these people put a bad tire on my car, I work 14-15 hours a day so I called them on my off day to report the problem and they told me there’s nothing they can do because it had been more than 24 hours they keep charging my card and the management is rude and disrespectful this why I never mess with black business they don’t care about nothing but money I would NOT recommend you use them if you’re near hiram there’s a better one down the street from the library

Called I&I late one evening after a nasty flat in cold weather. The lady taking the calls was very polite and had a tech dispatched in minutes. Their tech arrived promptly and despite the long shift was incredibly polite and personable. After a quick switch of the tires I was back rolling in no time. Wonderful service! I hope I don’t have to call roadside again but if I do I know exactly who I’m calling.

WhTever you do don’t give them money upfront I paid $50 yesterday for the deposit/possible cancellation fee that would be applied to myWhole balance and no one came no one answered the phone and I have not been refunded!!!!I don’t know what type of ratchet sketchy stuff going on but I’m a single mother living with no family in Atlanta during COVID and y’all stealing smh karma y’all karma 🤞🏽💯

During this tough time in the world the kindness shown by the service technician and the individual answering the phone was exceptional. They were so helpful and understanding. Despite the over masculinity being shown by people who thought they were helping me. This company showed top notch customer service and repaired my front two tires and wheels after a mishap. Living in the city and not having anyone to help this mobile service was a godsend. Chris arrived and got me up and running. Like any service to you company it can be pricy but worth every penny! I even received texts and follow ups to insure eta from office staff. THEY TRULY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME. I &I gets my sincere thanks for a job WELL DONE!

Defensive and expensive, I&I isnt clear about whether or not theyll stand behind the tires they sell you, and those tires will cost you top dollar. All in, I paid $204 for one regular tire.I believe I&I means well, and I was attracted to their prompt service and 24-hour availability. But in these tough times, its no fun to deal with people who wont be clear that they stand behind their product (and then say, if you have a problem with it, well put your old tire back on!). Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

Called on a Tuesday morning. Spoke with Beverly who was very nice. Technician (Jesi) came in 90 minutes and helped me get the car out of my office parking garage. He completed the work in 20 minutes. He was extremely nice and thorough. Highly recommend Jesi.

Been stuck on the side of the road for 3 hours now. Contacted I&I for help and was told that they would be giving me and eta. And hour later still no one has shown up and have yet to even get an eta.

I’ve read the reviews and have seen whoever responds lie . To saying there is no store front and they only do mobile to saying just bring it to the store front . They’re not 24 hrs and they don’t answer the phone . If you have an emergency with them you will probably be stuck . It’s been 3 days and I still haven’t had any assistance. 😂 company is a joke

This review is for the mobile service, not to be confused with the brick and mortar location, just so were clear on that. The service I received was horrible. I contacted I&I on July 27th. Paid upfront using Quadpay for service and 1 used tire. I had a flat tire but luckily I was at home and not actually stranded. I was told all day that someone was coming out and nobody every showed. I was text and told that their driver got sick and they had to send him home. The next day or two days after that, they send somebody out without the used tire I purchased who said they cant put my old tire on. Duh thats why I purchased another tire. He said that he would reschedule me for the very next day top priority. The next day, I contacted the office all day long. The driver from the day before contacted me and told me that he had a family emergency and that I would be rescheduled for the next day again. Next day comes, didnt hear from anyone. Nobody responded. Finally, yesterday 8/2/20 I call first thing in the morning and speak to someone who says I will be put on the schedule. At around 10:40pm the driver shows up. Takes his sweet time getting out of the car after checking all his phone notifications. I make sure he has everything he needs to do his job and I go in the house. A little bit later, I look outside and hes gone. Tire was changed Thank God! This has been the worst experience. I will never use this company again. They are extremely unprofessional and very unorganized. This was my first time using this company. I was told to pay upfront using Quadpay which I was already uncomfortable about because Ive never paid upfront for any tire service before. Then after that I didnt hear from anyone. If It wasnt for my persistent calling and texting all the numbers on the website, Id probably still be waiting for service right now. Im not sure if its a lack of organization in the office or lack of reliable drivers but something was off. Everyone I did speak to was nice but my overall experience sucked. Instead of responding with negativity, it would suit you guys best to just apologize for your shortcomings instead of placing blame on the customers which is what it looks like you do for every bad review. Theres no excuse for taking a week to come out and change my tire.Update 8/3/20 11:33am : I do appreciate the apology. Thank you! Everything he needed to do the work was right there though so I myself was confused on why he said he couldn’t change the tire and needed to reschedule. Your tech came out yesterday and used the same rim and lug nuts that were there Initially when he came out the first time. He took the rim off the old tire and the lug nuts off the spare and put on the tire that he brought with him.

It gets no better then this. This business is not only affordable they come to YOU and change your tire on site. No long waits either. Best decision I could’ve made on a rainy night in Atlanta with a stinky nail that made its way into my tire. AAA told me 2.5 hours called I&I someone was dispatched and got to me in 30 min. I was visiting KSU and didnt live in the area. I was about to leave when I noticed my tire was flat. I hadnt realized how low the tread on my tire was. I was freaking out because it was Sunday and later in the day. Most places were closed. I found yall and you saved me from having to leave my car an hour and a half away from home! The woman on the phone was extremely helpful and patient! Gave me time and price up front. When the gentleman arrived to replace my tire (which he arrived faster than the time given) he had it changed in no time at all! Made it home safe! Thank you so much!!

My tire blew out and I was stranded didnt know what to do so I Googled 24hr tire shop and at the beginning of the list was I&I 24 Hour Tire Shop. I called that night and the young lady was very nice and patient. The next morning I called and asked if someone can come about 11:30 a.m. he was there at 11:50 a.m. it took him 20 minutes to change my tire and he checked the others. I am so thankful for this company I give them 10 stars if I could.

I’ve come here a few times to get tires. I always had a good experience. But today’s visit was horrible !!! I was quoted one price over the phone for 4 tires but once I got there I was told it would be $80 over what I was originally told, so I was only able to purchase 2 tires. When I pulled up there was ONE car ahead of my getting tires, which they was already working on, That car left 15minutes later, However I had to wait a hour and half for them to put my tires on my car. Then the credit card machine wasn’t working properly.....needless to say I doubt I’ll be going back there again

Fast service great pricing

The night of the SEC Championship, I blew a tire. I was out of town, it was after all the shops were closed. Thankfully, I found I&I Mobile Tire on the internet. The lady on the phone was very helpful. Answered all of my questions, checked in on me. The tech that arrived didnt talk much but got the job done. The only negative was that it took over 4 hours from call to on the road again.

They provided me with a 5 year old tire that was flat. The day after they came out I had to pull over at NTB because my car was making an incredible amount of noise, and that’s when they informed me about the tire. They are only issuing a refund of the tire, not the service. So I’m stuck having to pay for someone to install another flat onto my car. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews so I hope y’all read this before calling them.Update: owner reached out to me when I made the review and blames me for getting a used tire and for pulling over to get my tire fixed immediately instead of contacting their business that had just put a flat tire on my car. Regardless of the tires age, it was completely flat after 20 minutes of driving. No apology, no refund, and a series of aggressive and unprofessional texts instead of resolving the issue. Beware.

Do NOT use this tire company! I used them last night for a non emergency service. I needed 4 rims mounted and balanced on a set of tires and then those tires placed on my vehicle. I couldn’t fit all that in my SUV so I figured a mobile tire service would work just as well without all the hassle. The guy who showed up completely ruined my entire set of wheels! I just had them painted gloss black and clear coated at a local paint shop. He shrugged it off like “The tire machine did it because you got spray painted wheels...” This wasn’t some rattle can spray paint job. I had those wheels professionally done. Not only does he ruin my entire set of wheels, HE WASN’T EVEN CAPABLE OF MOUNTING THEM USING HIS OWN EQUIPMENT!! He “finished” one wheel, which looked like someone took a jackhammer to it and then he said, “I gotta take these to my shop. I can’t get them on.” He loads up my other wheels and takes off for an hour and a half. He finally comes back with the rest looking just as screwed up. Mounts them and says, “You good?” and takes off. I was so mad I couldn’t even speak. It was in my best interest not to. I hit the road this morning and turns out the guy DIDN’T EVEN BALANCE THE WHEELS!!! Not only are my wheels trash at this point but now I have to spend even more money to go to another shop to have all my wheels balanced. I basically paid for a guy to come out, effectively destroy my wheels AND not even get all the services I requested. If you value your tires, rims, car or even your safety on the road DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I’d call and ask for a refund but of course their site says they’re not liable for any damages to the rims nor do they do refunds. I learned my lesson. Next time, just make two trips to the tire shop instead of calling some mobile service to destroy my property and screw me out of hundreds of dollars...on the go.Update: Apparently I jumped the gun on my first review. I should have waited until I visited a real tire shop first. If I could take that one star away, I would. After work today I went to get my wheels looked at by an ACTUAL shop. I assumed the horrible vibrations I was getting were because the guy didn’t bother to balance the wheels. It was so much worse than I thought. Him not balancing the wheels wouldn’t have even made a difference. He did 3-4 of my lug bolts on each wheel FINGER TIGHT!! He also mounted the wheels inside-out. AND, not to mention, one of the tires he didn’t even have fully seated on the rim!! Basically at any point and time either my wheels could have fallen off or I could have had a major blowout. The guy seated the tires on the wheels SO bad that the first tire was completely ruined at the sidewall. I was forced to now have all of my tires removed, replaced, NEWLY balanced AND remounted on my vehicle. I paid for all of this out of pocket. Afterwards I called this...company(?)...to let them know what their employee failed to do properly, what I had to do to fix it and how they were going to make the situation right. They refused to pay me back for the stuff I got fixed at the real shop AND they refused to even AT THE LEAST pay me back for the services they didn’t even properly do the day before. Their excuse was that I should have gotten it repaired by them...as if I could trust them to touch my vehicle ever again. I could’ve lived with the ruined paint job, which I had planned on. I could’ve lived with paying $40 to get the wheels ACTUALLY balanced. I didn’t count on all this. So be warned, if you plan on doing business with these people make sure you have a lawyer on speed dial and do like I did and take pictures of everything they’re doing and, more importantly, not doing. I was lucky to not have died from their shoddy work. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

If you do not have AAA, then this is a contact worth putting in your phone. My wife ran over a deck-nail just before entering our driveway. The tire was too flat to take the Jeep to a shop. I&I is a mobile shop on wheels. They came out last night in the dark and changed the tire, mended the flat, and re-mounted it as the spare. All for a very reasonable price in about 30 minutes. Amazing service. There are only a couple of companies in Atlanta that will do this. It could be a tremendous help – and prevent a costly tow.

I NEVER write reviews, but for the amount of money I paid & having to wait 2 hours on the side of the highway for someone to come out, this experience deserves a review! Last night I paid $145 to change 1 tire, just to wake up the next morning before heading to work to find that exact same tire FLAT! I pumped the tire up after work when I got home & sure enough THERE WAS A LEAK IN THE TIRE! Unfortunately I was unable to hear the leak last night before pulling off because again, I was on the side of 75 South & it was loud as heck with all the cars passing by but I assure you had I heard it I would have NEVER spent all that money!! You all should be ashamed making people spend that kind of money to put faulty tires on their cars SMH!Edit: I contacted i&i the following morning to express my frustrations & they were more than willing to accommodate. Chris came out that evening to replace the tire again, and this one was much better! Thank you for being professional & thinking of your customers first!

If I could rate zero stars I would. If you use I & I you will put your life in jeopardy. I had the front (2) tires replaced. Unfortunately the gentleman who installed them obviously has no idea what he is doing. The tires were not properly seated in the rim there was about an inch gap , so needlessly to say after driving 20 miles the tires peels from the rim while driving on 400. Thankfully nobody was hurt , but that could have easily killed someone. Do not use them.

I was there at the 24 hr tire shop, in which the mobile service operates,for 12 hrs, they didnt finish the job, and messed up my rims. I ultimately had to go to another tire place to get the tires I bought from them put on my ride the next day. Theyre a bunch of lazy dudes. They dont give refunds nor wanted to pay for the damage to my rims. They gv me $100 almost half of what I paid for the tires to fix my $2000 rims. Never again. Ms. Beverly is the owner of the mobile service. Very nice lady. I actually didnt have any service from the actual mobile guy and her company. Unfortunately, they pop up with the other company.

This place is horrible and overcharges. I had two flat tires that it took them HOURS to come and actually change. At this time it was night, so the next day when I get up of course it’s day light and I see there’s a HUGE bubble PLAIN AS DAY on the front wall of the tire. (We paid over $225 for these 2 tires by the way) so we call to let them know THEY gave us a bad tire (that I have pictures of) and they told us we either have to drive all the way to their actual location WITH A BAD TIRE THEY GAVE ME, OR pay them again to come out and fix it. Disgusting, horrible service. And not to mention is was 11pm and the guy pulled into my neighbor blasting music as if I don’t live in an apartment complex with humans that sleep at night.
