Love the guys over at Otis they are hard-working knowledgeable and Incredibly talented people. My grandfather was an employee there for 20 to 30 years and as a kid I was on the job with him a lot because he had a pretty important role and went to a lot of cool places. But from the time he retired even till today, it seems that they have upheld the same work ethic and standards and quality. In fact I had to use them the other day at my job to come and repair an elevator even though my company uses them they would have been my first option regardless. Highly recommended
