I applied to an accountant position Advantage listed on Indeed, since then Ive received text messages (about one a week) to report in for opportunities that have nothing to do with my experience and skills (certified forklift operator, stock yard worker, check out bagger, etc). AT first I was told that my name had been added to the wrong list, that the mistake had been corrected. After it happened a couple more times I ask to be removed completely. - I just received another text.

In the past Ive tried a couple of these places. Being a military wife, we move so much and job hunting gets rough. But my experience was they were so happy to help those first couple of days! Then... nothing! I vowed to never use one again but got desperate here so tried Advantage. I was impressed that they actually have you Prove It tests so they could find your strengths. My recruiter was all about marketing me and asking me to add this or remove that from resume, which I would get done immediately. I stopped in at least once to check on things because my message was never returned. But after that, cricket chirps. What a waste of time it was for me to spend taking all those tests and changing my resume to her liking for nothing. Would not recommend. I found a job without them. You can too!

They act professional and nice but are a unorganized bunch. I worked a half a day and when I called the following friday, because my money hadnt been put in my account, the last lady hadnt yet turned my time in to the company, better yet cleared my time with the contractor.wont answer the phone now or try to find another job!!

When to make a payment and the girl helping us was texting on her phone the whole time!Talk about RUDE!!!!
