Run for the hills. We took out a small loan to pay for our floors from LL and they had a 50 year warranty and within the first year they began to crack. Now several years in we called them about the warranty and they will not help in any way and blame the installer which was paid through LL as their personal contractor. Now if we want anything done we need to pay $300 or more just to get an inspector over to our home and look to see if its a faulty product of not even though we have send them physical photos/prints. They have also danced around through emails prolonging this process. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND in any way as we are still paying off the loan with garbage floors that they said was a great product. DO NOT TRUST!!!

From a delivery drivers view this place is great. The two gentlemen I dealt with were personable and treated me well. I would suspect they also do the same for customers. Well done guys.

Great prices learned later required 100% payment for product & installation upfront cancelled my order. After cancelling my order I was told 5 - 7 business days for refund. Called today to check on status & was told it would take 3 - 5 weeks for refund it appears to be a change in their policy from day to day. Ive never had to wait that long for a refund. Buyers be aware!!

Terrible customer service. I had issues with my floor they installed and now they wont come fix it. I have repeatedly asked for a copy of my warranty and they keep pretending they lost it. Now they have banned me from calling and trying to get the issue solved. Worst flooring company on the planet.

Maybe not the best place for DIYers. Didnt have recommendactions for transition pieces. Overestimated waste by 19%. Poor service when trying to return remaining product.
