If I could give Tak and infinity amount of stars I would. I love and enjoy working for this company and specifically my management team they are the best of the best. I have worked for a few different places and this is by far 1 of the best. Flexibility is important for me and they exceed these expectations above and beyond. I have the freedom to choose my hours and schedule and if I need to change it I can. Pleasant to work with and I cant say enough about these folks here. An awesome place to work. 😁

TAK has been a great company to work for! I am a firm believer that you should love what you do, especially if its not your own company. Here, I do feel like family, you are heard and the environment has been positive. Absolutely horrible service. I’ve had a hole in my ceiling since July 2nd left by a technician and all I keep getting is the run around about fixing it. I wasn’t even in my house for a week when this happened. I wouldn’t recommend them for anything.

I have been employed at TAK since May 2018. Having worked in a variety of roles and organizations, I can confidently say that this has been the most satisfying. I have never felt more valued as an employee and as involved in the performance of our business. Working for TAK Communications is both challenging and rewarding. It is a job where hard work pays off and not the place for those allergic to it. Dealing with various customer personalities daily makes the monotony of work completely disappear and the days fly by. They have a very effective training program whereby individuals with no technical background are ready to hit the field within 6 weeks. You are taught a profession that can be carried anywhere and provide the ability to travel to several locations in the US for those who volunteer. For those who enjoy a hard work’s day, the benefits flourish as they earn a very competitive wage.With the motto β€œ Be Our Customer’s Hero Everyday,” TAK Communications INC stick to that by ensuring that every individual who walks into the team is prepared and taught to interface with customers and deliver the best customer service and technical experience. These skills have helped me tremendously in achieving many of the goals I have accomplished. I worked with Mark from Fargo today with TAK Comm. We were not as prepared as we thought we were. Mark was very patient and helpful and worked to provide solutions for how we wanted our tvs set up. In the end he spent the extra time to deal with us changing our minds and explaining what he was and was not able to do. Thanks Mark for your hard work and time!

Beware! TAK Communications which provides installations throughout Colorado and around the nation for multiple Cable Providers be very weary. There are a few major things that must be done to get paid at-least earn a live-able wage.1: Perfom the installation as quickly, and presentable as possible so it still pass a quality check (QC) more work completed equals more money the only thing that really needs to looks nice to pass is the house box and PED they don’t look any further than that.2: Job Must Pass All Diagnostics tests (PHT)3: Have every customer download and install the Xfinity MyAccount App on a smart phone, don’t want it? We will try and give you some good examples why it’s nice to have and try to sell you on in, even though the app is completely free, still don’t want it? That’s ok! Don’t have a smart phone? That’s ok too!We will just simply request from TAK that they retrieve your username, and reset your password, and log into the app ourselves on our own smart phones. (Does it seem really shady? Like a complete violation of trust and privacy? I thought so to! I informed Comcast Corporate months ago, they said they were taking it seriously and performing an investigation, yet nothing has changed and every month the percentage requirement goes up, and if we don’t follow the rules, we get reprimanded and terminated as technicians).I believe this is just a contractor gone rogue, because I have not heard of this from any actual Comcast/Xfinity employees. I know a lot of us have tried and interviewed with Comcast, but apparently our experience as technicians some of us with 1-4 years under our belts installing Xfinity TV, Internet, Security doesn’t compete with someone brand new off the street.If you find anything I’ve said to be immoral please email Comcast and let them know you won’t stand for it, and don’t let TAK perform your installation.TAK treats their installers like dirt. Training is horrible, management is worse. My training consisted of my tech sitting in his truck on his phone while I did all the work, in all fairness I did have some prior experience from several years ago but had not done the work in a number of years. Management provides no support. Since I work in an older city and am the only tech in the area management goes where the majority of techs are, so if I am in need of assistance I am SOL.It’s all about lining the company pockets not making sure the tech gets paid enough to support a family. Working in a city where the majority of homes are old causes problems. If we are allocated two hours to perform an installation but the house has 10 year old wiring that doesn’t function and an aerial you could be there to 4-5 hours. Instead of performing the work they would rather us come up with an excuse find an easier job and move on, or rush through and do subpar work.

This experience was horrible. make Comcast come out and not these so called contractors for Comcast. The did not complete their install. They left no paperwork. They left trash in my home. They promised to send a supervisor out the next day. He never showed nor did I receive a phone call. The next day they again promised to have a supervisor come out to finish the install, again, no phone call and a no show. This is no way to treat a loyal 15 year Comcast customer. Beware of who is coming out to do your install.
