Its so bad that I get anxiety before I have to call customer service with yet another problem with billing! They are absolutely horrible and never get anything accomplished, no point in even calling, they just make you angry and dont fix anything EVER!! If there were options in my area besides CenturyLink, I would change companies TODAY!

The most disorganized internet service I have ever dealt with. Poor service and some have no clue what tools they have and what they don’t have. I ended up wasting a week and a half trying to get service connected. I decided to use someone else instead
