We highly recommend Chad as a realtor!! He did a FABULOUS job for us in selling our home. He listened to us, gave us his expert opinions, but in the end encouraged us to price our house where we were comfortable. We had some complications with putting our house on the market. It was April, during the heat of the Covid uncertainty, we had a strict time frame, as we were relocating out of state, and we had a 3rd party corporate relocation company “helping” us. There were some miscommunications with the relocation company that Chad dove into and got to the bottom of. In the end, our house sold in 1 day for more than our asking price and we were able to walk away with the most profit possible from our sale!!
