Bobs does an outstanding job at tuning our grand piano! Ben is always thorough and friendly.

They did a great job delivering my piano to my 2nd floor apartment and pricing was very reasonable ($120-ish for a short upright Wurlitzer and $1 per step). The process was easy and they took great care of the piano. I only put 4 stars because it was tough to communicate with them but we got it sorted out in the end.

Far exceeded my expectations! They were prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient in moving my upright piano. Outstanding!

I recently bought a piano off Craigslist. The movement and delivery of the piano itself was fine; however the movers were over an hour late to pick up the piano which left me sitting at the sellers house with an antsy eleven-month-old for over an hour. Once the piano was delivered to my home one of the movers began inspecting my piano and pointing out everything that might give me problems and then told me they would get rid of it for me for the price of them coming to pick it up. The movers offered a discount for being late, but the discount was only removing the fee for stairs. I was told that stairs would cost $1.00 per stair and there were a total of 3 stairs so the discount was really only $3.00. The entire experience left me feeling stressed about my purchase rather than excited that I had finally gotten a piano. Fortunately my feelings regenerate at twice the speed of a normal persons.

Excellent service, we have a very old piano & the tuning pins are about shot, yet, they still get it sounding great.
