I had a great experience after having to find a safe and secure office space last minute after flying home to see my family during the Covid Pandemic.It was a seamless transition into a great space, fully furnished and the service Chris gave was phenomenal to the point I didnt even bother looking at another office space. Ive had office spaces at WeWork, SoHo House & Spring Studios in New York City and this experience surpassed all of those.Everything discussed when I was shown the space was consistent with the Invoices and I got a great space with a view right in Downtown Sioux Falls.

Chris and his team do an amazing job. I visited the Sioux Falls Regus for business travel, and I wish I could office there full time. The Regus space is amazing and the building has so many added amenities.

Good downtown location of you need office space

Regus is fantastic! Provides us an office, meeting space, coffee, call forwarding, and a receptionist for just $250/mo the value provided is incredible!

After providing the required notice that I would not continue my month to month lease, Regus continued charging my credit card. I contacted them and explained the situation and after a week when I didnt receive a credit to my credit card I appealed to my credit company for assistance. The credit card company took care of the problem but then the next month I received another bill from Regus. I logged into my Regus account and changed my credit card information so they couldnt continue charging my card. After that, I received multiple notices that my account was delinquent. I contacted Regus AGAIN and asked that this problem please be remedied. The result was a final charge applied to my credit which I did not authorize and left me perplexed as to how they made the charge since I had changed my credit card info that was on file. Reviews of Regus in other locations indicate that this company has serious ethics issues. BEWARE!
