The Staff is very friendly and make you feel very welcomed! Ms. Nancy is a rock star handling the bar and getting folks food by herself! The computer area is a good area to get work done, very quite and no one bothers you! The beds are very comfortable!

Positive: It was clean and convenient to our plans. The atrium does carry noise and if the bar crowd is loud you will hear it. It wasn¿t super load but just enough to be annoying. Over all it was a good stay. Beds were nice and bathroom clean. Negative: No refrigerator. We bought some food for breakfast and no where to keep it cold. No where to cool drinks either.

My stay was really nice, the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, room service was delicious and fast as well. My only critique would be that I hope they get remodeled soon. The room was dated and the blankets and pillows were flat, towels frayed, stains on pull out mattress. It could be a really beautiful hotels and those aesthetics were easy to overlook for now.

This place is very clean comfortable and reasonably priced. I talked to some people in the area and asked which hotel they recommended this one was top of the list. I tried to stay there again on another trip but they were booked up. So to be safe I would book in advance but if its a slower time of year you might get lucky!

Not quite the experience that I expected f from the Sheraton. We had the lounge access, but the lounge is closed. To get a water or juice you had to go to the lobby to ask someone behind the checkin desk for one. I didnt see the snacks either. Anyway I wouldnt suggest paying for the lounge access, its hardly worth it.Careful at the entrance too. The concrete sidewalk is slightly up, just enough that I fell and jammed my fingers. Wasnt a good start to my evening. The waitress was kind enough to get me a bag of ice to put on my hand.The room was very nice and clean. Love their beds.

Top notch, as always. I stayed for just one night but was happy with my stay. The grounds were well kept and the place was quiet. My only complaint would have to be that the pillows were too soft but that is a personal preference thing. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again.

If you want a good night of sleep, choose a different hotel! I have never had noisier sheets. It sounds weird, but it was like sleeping on a tarp! The room would not get cool enough, and a dog barked off and on all night. Pretty place, but you go to a hotel for a good sleep and not a waterfall in the lobby.

The front desk staff was quick and very pleasant. The room was very clean. Housekeeping was just finishing when we got to the room. They made sure we were happy with it before they left. We ate in the restaurant and our waitress was amazing. She was the sweetest woman ever!

Restaurant: 1st off Thank you Molly & John for the incredible Service and Ryan for the food. Im literally sitting in the restaurant at this moment writing this review. Visiting here from Florida and there arent really any restaurants around and I didnt feel like catching an Uber so I checked the food out. WOW! The food is incredible here. The buffalo chicken wrap and the cheese burger, the fries.. everything was absolutely delicious. I had to give kudos to the chef. Staff was great, smiling and just a great visit. Thanks again for making our evening.

Honestly speaking — the burger I ate was made with love or something. The bun was warm and slightly crispy and the fries were on point. We came back from a business trip. Got in to town late at night. We had prepaid for a hotel room so we could stay the night and did not have to drive a couple hours back. Also, we wanted to let our kids swim. This stay was not positive at all. My kids were crying because we ended up not being able to stay because they messed up and did not process our prepaid rate. We were told that that is not how it works. We know how that it works like that because we came down for a wrestling tournament and had done the same thing for that reservation. We are not happy with this hotel.

Im a loyal Marriott Gold Bonvoy member. My mobile key didnt work when arriving at 11pm and there was mold in the shower. Not my normal experience at a Marriott so pretty disappointed. Front desk guy was very friendly and helpful when I went to get a key card so kudos to him. He saved this review from being a 2 star review.

The Lobby Bar . I was alone and wanted to enjoy a drink before retiring The Ladies were amazing. Very welcoming ..Service was amazing. Krystal and Nancy made me feel welcome. Knew I was new in town... Made great conversation ... I felt like I was in a very warm and welcoming restaurant.. Very Nice...They did the same when I came back the next night. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Came from out of town and when I went to go to bed, there was dried blood on multiple spots on the bed. The front desk was not helpful and didn’t want to make the experience better. I would not recommend this Sheraton hotel.

Very cool lobby area! My kids loved the glass elevator. Our dining experience there was excellent. Kristal and Nancy served us, and they were wonderful! All the workers were friendly. Rooms were average. We enjoyed our stay.

I had to stay in Sioux Falls because of a family medical emergency. I had no idea how long I needed to stay or anything. One of the front desk clerks, her name is Brita, was so amazingly kind and helpful. Every morning she would ask me about my mom, and they all worked with me. The hotel is beautiful and clean as well. Will definitely stay here from now on.

For this area, this is one of the nicer hotels. It’s clean, the staff is friendly. There is a shuttle to/from the airport. Plenty of self parking. Not on airport, about a 5 minute drive. There is a breakfast buffet in the morning.

No microwave or fridge in the room, no hot tub, and you have to pay for breakfast. I may just be cheap, but if a hotel is more expensive than the others shouldn’t it have all the other hotels amenities and then some? I don’t care if you think a microwave or a fridge looks “Tacky” in the room. They’re useful and there is a reason every household in America has one, because they are needed. Spend your money elsewhere.

The only thing good about this place was that it was connected to the premier center. We had a catered meal in and the food was disgusting. The only thing good about it was the lettuce salad. Instead of decorating the dessert plate with chocolate syrup they drowned in the cheesecake in chocolate syrup too. They have a nice water feature in the main room that was shut off. Carpet was ripped. It was just a rundown old hotel. If you want to eat in their dinning room it is open to all the noise.

Best part was the wonderful Nancy at the bar. Being in the medical field I understand things have changed, but not getting my room refreshed at least a couple times? Running out of toilet paper and kleenex! I feel like my room got a bit yucky but day 3 of 6. No fridge? Its the Sheraton fir Petes sake! I guess fancy has gone by the way side. Good price but I question staying here again.

Positive: This hotel has a very luxurious feel. I like the atrium and water feature. The room was nice too and cozy bed. Negative: There could have been more attention to some details on the cleaning in the room. Spill on the carpet, coffee pot was filthy, empty kleenex box and ice bucket left untouched since the last occupants with water in it.

1 star.I posted this review on tripadvisor first. Ironically the general manager posted a response that only addressed the one issue with the booking using a third party. I again state up front that a problem with these properties is that as a Gold Elite member I am supposed to be offered the best rate when booking online, but in my last two bookings I can find rates 20 to 30% lower than what the hotel or booking website show.Also, I never received normal service requested. In addition, I was not offered the services that come with being a Bonvoy member. I wasnt offered additional points or an additional item at check-in, nor any other of the list of amenities and services from being a Bonvoy member. As evidenced by the response, this whole staff needs customer service training. The general managers response is cookie cutter and dismissive of the multiple issues encountered at this property.My original review follows.1 star. Problems with reservations, customer service, rewards member, room service, etc.Ill start with the small stuff. Requested 3 additional towels and received none. I also tried to use the app for customer service. It started it with We will be with you in a moment, and the service never came.The rest is a little complicated. First I spent many years in the hospitality business. I know the challenges and am deeply appreciative of people who serve in the industry. I have been a Marriott Rewards, now Bonvoy, loyal customer for over 7 years. I have been gold elite or platinum elite all those years and have used their properties all over the world. My current status said I have over a years worth of credits in the last 7 years. One of the benefits of being a member is that they would guarantee the lowest rate. However, my last two bookings the hotels have clearly been significantly higher than competitive rates online. I dont have time to jump through all of their hoops to claim the lower rate after Ive booked from rooms they release to booking companies like Expedia, but I do like the properties and have still booked them.To my understanding I am also, as a Bonvoy member, supposed to be offered an item from the sundries area or extra points, upgrades, etc those courtesies never happened. At this check in, I found I had made an error in the booking and booked the night before. Thats a first, and I was really upset at myself, but I asked if they would honor it. They wouldnt because I had booked through another agency. See above the catch 22. I didnt book through them because they were about 100 a night more expensive. So the manager on duty offered me what she thought was a terrific rate (the same rate I had just paid for the previous night). I said paying for the same room twice when they arent booked doesnt seem good enough.I came back to talk to the manager again later and she said the best she could do was offer a complementary breakfast.So between the lack of room service, the lack of capacity in the app that said I would receive service, the demeanor of the manager, the total lack of understanding I give this property a 1 star.I would say that I did appreciate the people other than the manager. Many of them seemed sympathetic and kind and have me an honest listening ear, but then they deferred to the manager who was substandard on many levels.

I signed a wedding contract to block 10 rooms. I send out my wedding invitations about 3 1/2 months out in advance. I then received an email saying they gave my rooms to another wedding party. What is the point of the contract then!? Certainly disappointed and this caused a lot of stress!!!

Our room was clean. That was about the only good thing about our stay. Hotel room was disappointing for 160$. No mini fridge. Room was insanely hot and took many hours to cool down. Drinks downstairs were very mediocre and the breakfast was very bad. I wouldn’t stay here again unless there was an event I wanted to be here for.

This place was fairly clean with the exception of the hand towels in our room that appeared dirty upon arrival. There pool was nice as well as the exercise room but there was no hot tub. The older gentleman who checked us in was extremely helpful throughout our stay and was the highlight for us. All in all however I expected more amenities for the price.

The expectations I have for a Sheraton property were unfortunately not met here. The lobby and bar/restaurant area of the hotel is beautiful, although the acoustics arent great, causing noise to easily travel up and to rooms even on the upper floors. The corner suite we had on the 4th floor was a fine layout, but smelled of a combination of just being old and ill-maintained, but also a hint of smoke in some areas of the room. The light in the shower didnt work - I assume the bulb was burned out. The toilet seat was hanging on by a thread and felt as if it was going to fall off. There was a dark film, I assume from the COVID-19 sterilization spray being used these days, all over the framed pictures in the bathroom, as well as the refrigerator and microwave. It clearly just was never cleaned off after the room was sanitized. There was no shampoo in the room, as well as barely more than one roll of toilet paper ... and it took a request in the mobile app as well as 2 phone calls over more than an hour to get that resolved. The foam pillows perpetually requested in my Marriott profile were not provided. A lot of visible wear and tear, usually more common in lower end hotels. Housekeeping, although I realize limited right now, clearly didnt do even daily rounds to each floor, or just didnt care ... as the half full bottle of water sitting on top of the hand sanitizer station by he elevator sat there the entire 3 days we were there. Just an overall disappointment for this property.
