I have ordered shirts from EmbroidMe on 2 separate occasions. The first order was perfect. The second order there were problems with some of the shirts showing some blotching in the material after being washed. The supplier did not want to do anything, but the staff at EmbroidMe replaced the shirts at their own expense. Unfortunately, the second shirts did the same thing. It was obviously a problem with the material. The staff at EmbroidMe replaced the shirts with a different, more expensive brand again at their own expense. The new shirts are great. Thank you for understanding customer service and ensuring we received a good product.
